Cote Alta for 4 people, two terraces with sea view
Casa Cote is a historic building completely renovated in a modern key, with simplicity and attention to small details. It is located in the small seaside village of CHIESSI a few steps from the sea and its beautiful granite cliffs, in dialect called COTE, from which it takes its name.
The house has two apartments, Cote Alta is located on the first floor.
A staircase leads to the terrace (sea view) of the upper apartment and from here you enter a large living room divided between a large modern kitchen (fully equipped) with dining area and a living room with sofa, bar corner and 43 "LCD TV. From the living room, through a large sliding glass door, you access the second balcony, also with a beautiful sea view, equipped with a teak table and chairs for 4 people and a sunshade. A casket door divides the sleeping area, consisting of a comfortable double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with window and comfortable shower with shower head. Graceful and elegant, Casa Cote is cured both indoors and outdoors.

Pebble beach, crystal clear water, and cliffs that slope gently into the sea. The panorama sweeps over Pianosa and Corsica and those who love to stay on the beach until late can enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets on the island with the sun plunging behind the French island. For those who love the mountains, from Chiessi there are several practicable paths that reach the summit of Monte Capanne (1019 meters above sea level). Particularly striking are the spring and autumn colors that we find in Chiessi.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana indimenticabile a luglio.
L’appartamento è esattamente come viene mostrato sulle foto.. È stata messa molta cura nell’arredamento e nella cura dei dettagli. Pulizia impeccabile e dotato di ogni confort.
Permette di godersi il mare al 100% a partire dalla vista spettacolare che si gode dal balcone, all’accesso al mare direttamente dagli scogli sotto casa, fino ai magnifici tramonti.
Un grazie particolare a Nadia e suo marito per l’ottima accoglienza e disponibilità dimostrati.

Un posto fatato
Chiessi si è rivelato un borgo sospeso nel tempo: un luogo di pace assoluta che regala tramonti indimenticabili.
Nadia ed il marito sono persone squisite e super disponibili. L'appartamento è semplicemente perfetto: ristrutturato, moderno ed impeccabile dal punto di vista della pulizia e dell'attrezzatura. Davvero molto godibile. La vista dal terrazzo è impagabile, il mare sotto casa è un acquario. Non potevamo desiderare vacanza migliore.

Ein kleines ruhiges Dörfchen. Lage und Ruhe am Abend sind top. Sicht aufs Meer. Und in 2 Minuten beim Schwimmen im Meer direkt vor dem Haus. Wir können es empfehlen für Leute die Ruhe und nicht den Trubel suchen.

Die Wohnung ist einladend eingerichtet und dekoriert und sehr sauber. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Der Balkon mit Meersicht lädt ein zum draussen essen. Und das Beste: ein Stück Garten über dem Meer, ein paar Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt, ausgestattet zum gemütlichen Verweilen. Die Vermieterin Nadia ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Sehr ruhige und erholsame Traumferien
Super schöne Unterkunft auf einer kleinen Klippe mit 1A Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist extrem sauber und wurde vor 5 Jahren komplett saniert.
Die Küche hat alles was es im Urlaub braucht.
Das Kleine Dorf ist Ideal für ruhe Suchende, das einzig was wir ein wenig vermissten war eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort.
Vielen Dank an Nadia und Ihre Familie, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhaus direkt am Meer
Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer und der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend.
Die Vermieter Nadia und Franco wohnen im selben Gebäude Komplex und sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Wenn man verab des Massentourismus unter Einheimischen den Urlaub verbringen möchte , ist Chiessi der beste Ort der Insel.
Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet , man kann sich hier rundum wohl fühlen, da es an nichts fehlt.
Fazit, der bisher schönste Platz auf Elba in 35 Jahren.

Ruhigste Ecke der Insel, wunderschön gelegen, top Wohnung!
Die Wohnung ist tatsächlich wie beschrieben und wie abgebildet– wir hatten fast den Eindruck, dass alles neu war, auch und vor allem die gesamte Küchenausstattung! Insgesamt hat die Wohnung definitiv den höchsten Standard, den wir in Italien bislang erlebten!
Um es in aller Deutlichkeit zu sagen- auch, weil ein Vorrezensent seine Überraschung schilderte: es ist eine von zwei Ferienwohnungen im Haus, und zwar die obere. Der Vorteil der oberen ist der tolle Meerblick vom Balkon, der Vorteil der unteren eine große Terrasse / Deck, die die gefühlte Wohnfläche drastisch vergrößert. Direkten Zugang zum abgebildeten Gärtchen hat man von beiden Wohnungen nicht, sondern muss ca. 10 m gehen, sitzt (oder liegt) dann allerdings an einem wirklich wundervollen Plätzlein direkt oberhalb des Meeres. Von dem Gärtchen aus geht dann auch der Pfad über die Felsen abermals 10 oder 20 m hinunter zum Meer, wo man von flachen Felsen aus direkt ins Wasser kommt. Kurz um: wir gingen fast nie an einen der umliegenden Sandstrände, weil es einfach zu schön und herrlich familiär war am Haus!
Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen bei der Lage ist, dass es in Chiessi kein noch so kleines Lädchen gibt, in dem man Lebensmittel oder wenigstens Frühstücksbrötchen kaufen könnte. Dazu muss man in den Nachbarort fahren, oder- wie wir- eben für ein paar Tage auf Vorrat im Supermarkt einkaufen. Auch ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant bietet Chiessi nicht– "Il Perseo" liegt zwar in nächster Nähe, aber konnte uns nicht wirklich überzeugen. Auch hierzu sollte man eher auf die Nachbarorte ausweichen.
Letzten Endes sind Nadia und Franco noch eine Erwähnung wert, die Vermieter dieser herrlichen Wohnung. Leider sprechen sie beide keine Fremdsprache, so dass wir stets auf Nadias Handy und die Dolmetscherkünste von Google angewiesen waren, aber das klappt alles erstaunlich gut und sollte wirklich für niemanden Grund für Bedenken sein! Nadia war super hilfreich bei allem, was wir so an Anliegen hatten, zum Beispiel reservierte sie uns auch gerne abends einen Tisch in Restaurants oder versorgte uns mit Tips zum Einkaufen.
Wir können also gar nicht anders, als Nadia, Franco und der Wohnung satte und voll verdiente fünf Sterne zu geben! Wirklich traumhaft!

Neuwertige Ferienwohnung mit Flair in fanstastischer Lage
Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Nadias Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die ruhige Lage ziemlich abseits des Tourismus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Ferienwohnung ist top gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Was wir aus der Beschreibung nicht wahrgenommen hatten, ist, dass es eine weitere Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss gibt und dass sich die beiden Parteien den kleinen Garten oberhalb des Meeres teilen. Dieser Gartenanteil ist auch nicht direkt mit der Wohnung verbunden. Das war aber überhaupt kein Problem für uns, lediglich etwas überraschend. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Séjour merveilleux
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cet appartement. L'accueil a été très chaleureux avec une surprise à notre arrivée. Le logement est magnifiquement décoré et le jardin sur la mer est sublime. L'ile d'Elbe mérite le détour: randonnée, ballades, criques jolis villages et des petits restos sympas. Wir haben unsere zwei Wochen Sommerferien in Chiessi sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Nadia und Franco sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die ruhige Lage der Ferienwohnung mit dem Meer vor der Haustüre war einfach perfekt. Die Liegemöglichkeit im Gärtchen mit direktem Zugang zum Meer war einfach fantastisch.

Unglaublich schöne Lage
Sehr, sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, in unglaublicher Lage. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind ein Traum! Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig, hell, angenehm warm, auch wenn es außen stürmt und kalt ist, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Nadia ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (dank der Übersetzungsmaschine auch kein Problem, wenn man kein Italienisch spricht). Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer
Wir haben die Zeit in Chiessi bei Nadia sehr genossen. Nadia hat uns wunderbar empfangen, auch wenn wir kaum Italienisch sprechen. Sie hat sich sehr viel Zeit für uns genommen und mit Hilfe von google klappt es ja in heutigen Zeiten auch mit wenigen Sprachkenntnissen ganz gut. Danke Nadia! Die Wohnung selbst ist traumhaft mit Balkon gen Westen um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. In einer Minute ist man am Meer bzw. Strand und kann baden. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub auf Elba benötigt.

Wunderschön und Perfekte Lage super Gastfreundlich
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche direkt am Meer. Die Wohnung war sehr gut . Die Fahrräder waren perfekt um morgens einkaufen zu fahren und dank des Parkplatzes musste man sich auch in der Hochsaison keine Gedanken um das Auto machen. Alles zusammen ein toller Urlaub.
