Treasure the ocean views from this large three bedroom ground floor condo in a quiet corner of the complex. Great location is near pool and spa and a quick walk to Solana Beach restaurants and shops. A great spot for the Del Mar horse races.
This spectacular ground floor oceanfront condo with panoramic ocean views is the perfect place for your next beach vacation. Plenty of outdoor space with abundant seating and a grill allow you to relax and search for dolphins while the sun dips into the horizon. Located at the corner of the property, there is minimal foot traffic allowing for a sense of privacy. This air conditioned vacation home has been completely remodeled and is a perfect destination for a weekly or monthly getaway. Wake up to ocean views from the primary bedroom with huge bathroom and closet. Second bedroom is large, bright, and comfortable. Third bedroom has a queen size murphy bed and can be used as an office work space/tv room. Full size washer and dryer in unit. There is a secluded second patio at the east side of the home to unwind in the shade. This unit has all the amenities you need to make your stay in lovely Solana Beach wonderful.
Just a few steps along the top of the bluffs past the ocean view heated pool and jacuzzi will take you to stairs that lead down to the beach where you can rest on the sand or splash in the Pacific Ocean.
Walk over to the Cedros Design District to shop, then stroll to one of the many fantastic restaurants for dinner before catching the sunset back at the condo. You won't be disappointed.

You have to pay a daily fee for AC. Front door impossible to lock. Outside gates are secured, you put your hand through and open them.
Beds are Extremely high off the floor. Needed a step stool to get on. Noise can be heard from highway when you open rear sliding door, no outdoor cushions front or backyard, no lagoon wildlife and only saw air balloons first night. Kitchen table only has 4 strange chairs, (counter stools were too high for us to use) couches are very low to floor and dont face TV in living room. Otherwise no steps so a true ranch style home. Glass dishes are on the very top shelf so you need a ladder to reach them. Pleanty of outdoor space as long as you dont mind the noise from the highway.
Close to stores, too, which was a good thing.

Loved this unit at Del Mar Shores. The patios of this condo are absolutely the best that I saw in this complex. Perfect for entertaining or just relaxing to enjoy the views. Kevin at Stubbs was very helpful in getting us set up.

We were very surprised how efficient the check in process was. Kevin called when we were on the road to say our unit was clean and we did not have to wait until 4:00 to check-in. That was nice as we did arrive about an hour earlier than expected. The patio is huge and has lounge chairs as well as two tables for eating or just hanging out watching the surfers. This is a very large two bedroom unit, both with "ensuites" and more closet space than anyone could use for a short stay. The kitchen was clean and had everything you could ask for except we never found plastic glasses to take outside. Three TV's, three bathrooms, two bedrooms and plenty of space in the living area for watching tv or just watching the ocean. Tons of windows for full viewing. It is a short walk to the steps that take you to the beach, I'd say about 6-7 flights of stairs.....workout for the day! The unit had beach chairs, boogie boards and towels for our use. Beds were comfy. Underground parking was nice and very close to the unit for ease of packing and unpacking. We took the train to Anaheim and went to Disneyland for a day. The enjoyment was with us everyday as we watched the surfers and dogs on the beach. This was a winner in our book and would love to return again.

We choose this place for the views and set up (bed/bath/washer/dryer etc). When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that this was a combination of 2 units- thus why you see # 35 & 36 in the pictures. So, this is really a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit. A King in the master, a Queen and twin hide-a-bed in the other two. Bonus: you get 2 covered parking spots real close to the unit.
Yes, there are a few things that show their wear and tear but it is a beach/coast place and you are going to see those. A couple of broken tile on the patio for one. There are about 7 flights of stairs leading down to the beach.
The kitchen is stalked with most cooking utensils you need (pots, pans, etc). We had Hello Fresh deliver a few meals to our unit so we didn't have to shop for much food. I suggest you look at the pantry to see what "every" day things you might need/want as there are some staples. We preferred Vons over Gelson simply because there were more options. There is also a Whole Foods close by.
The rental company supplies you with a roll of toilet paper for each bath room, a paper towel roll, bar soap, shampoo/conditioner in each bath, 2-3 dishwasher pods and 2-3 laundry pods. There are no Kleenex/tissues so use your judgement on how much to get at the store.
Washer and dryer in the unit was a huge reason why we booked this unit over others in the area. They are located in the hall bathroom.
We loved going out on the patio with the binoculars (provided) and watching the surfers and was lucky enough to see dolphins/porous playing 4 out of 7 days we were there. There is a bag of sand toys in the hall bath. FYI-High tide is in the morning.
Over all we loved this place and would come back again. The view off the patio of the sunset was amazing even the kids (12 and 6) said so.

I throughly enjoyed my stay at this ground floor corner unit in Solano Beach. It was so wonderful to sit and watch the ocean from the living room and master bedroom and also the very large outdoor patio. I would recommend this unit and I look forward to staying there again.

We were comfortable during our 8 day stay. Parking spot was right near our condo door. Bathrooms were beautifully renovated and the master bedroom was comfortable with a great ocean view. Great property and you can not beat the view
Great property and smooth checkin. The property was as described and the images matched perfectly. Love that it is at the end so no one comes by and a huge patio to sit on and enjoy the view. They did have an ant problem but you can see that they are working on it. Loved the private, gated parking. I worked while we stayed and the internet was great. I advise using the locker at Wholefoods down the way if you place any Amazon orders. So many places to eat, drink, etc. Try the naked cafe it was amazing for brunch. Avoid Brigatine it was not worth the money. Great breweries also. Walked on the beach almost every day. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, etc you need. Could not figure out how to use the overhead fan.. might be me. Overall a great place and if we are down that way again I would stay there again.

We enjoyed 2.5 weeks in this very comfortable and spacious condo, with the best view and terrace in the whole complex. We awoke to sounds of the surf and then enjoyed coffee and books overlooking the Pacific each day and stars at night. Walks on the beach (tide permitting) and into town for the Farmer's Market were easy, given the centralized location. The master bedroom has a spectacular view of the ocean, and the kitchen is well supplied with all necessities and appliances. Even the TV is equipped with Cable and many movie options, which we appreciated. We would highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a serene getaway in a warm climate and will hope to return before long! Thank you!
