Everything was as promised.

Location great! Communication with agency was excellent.

Property was perfect for our group of 10 skiers/boarders and parking our 2 vehicles. Plenty of space for us and our gear. Great location and easy drive to the Big Sky resort area. Great views from the property. Plenty of bath and hot tub towels. Lots of cookware and dishes. Would stay here again.

Loved our stay, especially the views, private hot tub, comfy beds, and room for 4 cars (garage and driveway combined).
Would have been nice if the house was stocked with more toilet paper (There were 10 of us for 4 nights!), and if the owner let guests use the garage door code.

The condo let out nerds perfectly for two families. Location is convenient to ski resort and town.

Great place for our group of 8 people

Spotlessly clean, comfortable home. Wood burning stove and hot tub were awesome. Convenient to downtown and Big Sky skiing but vehicle recommended for most/all excursions after epic snowfall. Overall an excellent stay and experience.

The property is great location, however the town itself could use more flexible transportation. We made several reservations within a 10 mile radius and without renting a car we could not find a way to get there. But, condo was awesome.

Great Place!
No complaints about the property! Just as advertised. The Hot tub was great to soak in after long ski days. Couldn't have asked for a better place for our group. Thank you!

Disappointing! When we arrived there were only 3 bedrooms despite the listing calling this a 4 bedroom unit. I immediately texted the management company to ask if there was another room. It had been left locked. I was told they would unlock it the following day. The next day they unlocked the 4th bedroom room but it was a huge mess -clearly not cleaned from the previous guests. There were dirty sheets and towels piled up on the floor. I texted and called the management company and was told that they would clean the room the next day. So we ended up having to use the couch as a bed for someone in our group despite having booked (and paid for) a house with beds for all. This was frustrating. On day 1 we noticed that one of the 2 showers was hardly draining at all. We didn’t reach out to the management company for a couple of days thinking maybe it would resolve -it didn’t and when I reached out on say 3 I was told they would come to fix it. Apparently someone came to look at it and decided it was beyond the scope of what they could do during the week. They never got back to me about the shower at all but when I reached out this was what I was told. Our large party had only one working shower. There are other complaints on another rental site about the shower not draining. Clearly this has been an issue for a while yet it is ignored. There is no way to open/close the garage other than from inside the house. The house is nice just poorly maintained/managed.

Perfect getaway.
We had a fabulous time at this location. We were able to stay in and make several meals. We drove to Yellowstone and Bozeman. We enjoyed the hot tub. We had to time our showers because the hot water heater couldn't handle multiple showers in a row but that was totally manageble. Would totally stay here again!

No Hot Tub!
Hot tub not function. This was a big downer for us. Property Manager tried to get it fixed and was very apologetic, but still...no hot tub.

Outstanding location, outstanding property management
Homeaway/VRBO has been apart of my vacation lifestyle for about 16 years. The Property Manager of Big Sky Montana was the most impressive I have ever used. The condo is an end unit with a view, clean-ready-to-use-fireplace,(including plenty of dry firewood in garage), and a CLEAN 4 person outdoor private jacuzzi. All was very clean, plenty of cookware, condiments, and coffee filters, baggies, trash bags, all the standards for living/cooking are thought of. We even got a bag of homemade yummy cookies by the check in iPad. Email and texting with the property management were answered quickly, and questions attended to. You are going to love the convenience to Big Sky Skiing and town fun. We brought a rental car so I don't know about the Shuttle service. We did see them going around the area. The dry heat was a bit of a problem, but that's the nature of cold winters. The do have a humidifier there. Highly recommend!
