Centrally located, convenient and well appointed comfortable apartment.

The apartment was very central and so we were able to easily walk everywhere and when we needed a tram, bus or train they were all easily accessible. We were particularly impressed that many things we often have to go out and buy, were provided eg dishwasher tabs, hand wash, washing up liquid, shower products and cleaning stuff. The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning in every room was a blessing! We loved our stay in this apartment and would choose it again for another stay.

The only thing that no one could do anything about would be the folk above us who got up at 5.30am on a couple of mornings and stomped around for about an hour and a half. Their footwork was an accompaniment to our film watching on a couple of evenings!

Tudo perfeito.

Localização perfeita no calçadão da rua Augusta. O apartamento é impecável, com muitos utensílios. Pudemos inclusive lavar roupas. A TV era grande e tinha imagem muito boa .

Não pode entrar carro até a porta do apartamento. Chegando de táxi ou Uber é necessário pedir para parar na rua paralela ( Rua dos Sapateiros).

Prima Unterkunft für ein paar Tage Lissabon. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene mit Handgepäck. Für 4 mit mehr Gepäck wird’s dann do

Zentrale und doch ruhige Lage in der Fußgängerzone (3. Stock mit Lift und key code). Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. 2 Bäder.

Wenn man wie wir im Januar da ist und es regnet, fehlt eine Garderobe (bzw ein paar Garderobehaken).

Beautiful BBC during the Christmas holiday!

It’s location is incredible

The mini split did not heat comfortable at all and it was quite chilly in the apartment! The mini split needs to be checked out - as it did not raise the temperature in the unit at all and sleeping esp was quite chilly!

Eine perfekte Unterkunft für private oder geschäftliche Reisen. Lisa ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die es uns sogar ermöglicht hat, vorab unsere Koffer im Apartment unterzustellen. Dies ist eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die nach Lissabon reisen möchten.

Es gibt nichts. Es war alles perfekt.

great location, easy communication and cool apartment (location and AC)

Communication was easy, everything was setup before arrival, we had the code for the door. Lisa was prompt to respond. the apartment is beautiful, small but has everything and possibly more! fabulous location, centre of Lisbon, close to train or metro and walkable, easy to go and wander around!

Weekend break in a great location and fabulous apartment!

We had a fab time staying at the Art apartment the location was excellent right in the centre with a short stroll to the arch at the bottom of the street. loads of restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. the apartment itself had everything we needed and was very clean and even though it was on one of the main streets there was no noise at night time. i would definately stay here again if i have another trip to Lisbon!

The location was perfect. We got to the apartment from the airport in under 40 minutes for 1.65 on the metro. Entry to the apartment was easy and efficient with great communication from the host. Loved that there were toiletries and coffee in the apartment for us to use. Ac/heating worked perfectly. Beds were comfy. Showers were great with really hot water! This was a perfect place for a group of 4 friends to stay.

The lift to the apartment is v small and stairs are v steep. Just be aware if you are somebody who doesn't like confined spaces. But it was fine for us.

It's a beautiful apartment, ideal for a group of four, equipped with all you might need. Excellent communication with the owner. It's surprisingly quiet considering the location unless there are eager buskers right below your windows as it happened one night.

This is not an issue at all, but it's good to know that the double bed in one of the bedrooms is not that wide.

Awesome Apartment

Easy check in & out. Really lovely apartment with well designed areas. Art work was amazing. Loved the location as were on main pedestrian street so there were street performers just outside and plenty of shops and restaurants close by. One of our favourite apartments during our 7 week trip.

Sunny Birthday Break

Location is incredible. Step straight out onto the main street from front door. All transport links within 1 or 2 minutes. The apartment is ideal for families and or two couples. Very very well equipped kitchen. Good sized dining table for 4. Plenty of space. Stairs for those fitness fanatics but lift available.

The building is a number of flats mostly tourists from what we could gather. We were unfortunate to have people upstairs who would not get in until 1 or 2 am and proceeded to make plenty of noise. Not ideal as we had a 3 year year old with us. Small but easily rectified- found the main bed rather uncomfortable for us. Not a show stopper.

The location was perfect. It was close to a lot of the tourist sites or bus/tram stop to take you there. It had a kitchen and it was nice to be able to eat in although restaurants were at your doorstep. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was well sound proofed with the windows shut. Lisa was great. She responds promptly to messages.

A Fantastic Stay Right Where the Action Is

Apartment was right on the pedestrian only Rua Augusta so we were able to people watch with ease, be entertained by musicians, plenty of restaurants right at the door, and of course so many pastrellas and gelato shops. All amenities were as described, coffee, salt/pepper, toiletries, laundry and dish soap provided as it should be. Accomodation was extremely clean, comfy beds, too. Lisa responded to all of our concerns. Very quiet at night with the shutters closed so sleep was good.

Our only negative would be that there were no directions on how to use the washing machine, stove top, or tv. But, by trial and error we could figure it out. Also, the upstairs neighbours were a bit heavy footed, but Lisa spoke to them for us and they werre quieter after that. Probably didn't realize the noise transfer to below.

Absolutely ideal location & gorgeous apartment!

The apartment is beautifully decorated with high end finishes. The location is absolutely ideal, an elite neighbourhood and so convenient to walk downstairs to dinner, shops and the river. We really appreciated all the amenities provided like detergents, coffee, sugar (even sweetener) soap, shampoo etc. Thank you, we had a great stay!
