Perfect fast holidays with ski ⛷️

Very clean, well equipped kitchen, sauna hot and ready just after ski 🎿

For 6 people would be more comfortable to have 3 rooms, but we were just 4 so all was good

Very cosy, clean, warm, had everything we needed definitely recommend this accomodation to everyone!

The aparatment was fantastic. Very cosy, clean, warm and had everything we needed. Ski bus stop was right in front of aparment and Kaprun ski centrum was just a few minutes away, so you could easily get there on foot. Walking distance to everything and the sauna was the cherry on top of the cake, where you can relax after all day of skiing and be ready for another day. Definitely recommend this accomodation to everyone.

great snow from our apartment

clean, nice apartment with good beds and great shower and bathroom.

just a little to far from the skilift for walkin, luckily the was a bus but no real time schedule.

The place is really clean and beautiful. The communication with the owner was amazing. The view from the first floor was outstanding. I highly recommend it for small groups.

Perfect stay

Pretty much everything! Super comfy, clean, fantastic view, great attention to the details. It really checked all the boxes.

It’s really difficult to come up with anything:) If one really wants to dig then probably a quality of the pillows, which weren’t too comfortable. But it’s just something subjective and not immensely important…

Perfect week in Kaprun

Apartment looks brand new. Enough space for 3 of us having 2 bedrooms so everybody can have time off when needed. Ski bus stops at the corner of the street so no need for a car. Walking distance to everything. We loved sauna where you can relax after whole day on the slopes. It is clean and good maintained.

Apartment has everything we needed plus the building is perfectly equipped for skiers. We will definitely need to stay longer (only 2 nights this time).

Place you would look forward to return after day off skiing or hiking

Impeccably clean, spacious apartments with comfy beds, accommodating living room, separate bathroom for each bedroom. Perfect for a stay with family or friends. Quiet location, still close to Kaprun center. Ski room handy just next to the parking area, sauna with spacious rest room at your disposal. Superior apartment: kitchen is not huge, but well equipped with all you need for cooking a meal for friends or family. Spacious dining area and a comfortable couch, really a place you look forward to stay at after a day outside skiing or hiking. We felt very good there and be happy to return.

We didn't figure out how to switch off the light in the bathrooms or turn on ventilation... :)

Very nice, clean and quite apartment house in Kaprun. Sauna was perfect after skiing. Very helpful and friendly staff in the reception in main building. We will come back, sure. Thank you.

The Woman who received us was very kind and helpful. The flat was clean, organized and all requirements were provided.

5 very happy international adults having a relaxing weekend in a great location

Extremely clean and well-furnished flat/equipped kitchen located in a quiet area. It has TV with internet, pre-programmed radio stations in the bathroom, comfortable beds and mattresses, electric blinds to keep out the light, balconies offering nice views, and even a sauna, but we didn't use it as a wellness oasis is just 15 mins walk away. Oh, and just 5 mins walk to Kaprun centre. "I'll be back" as Arni would say!

No complaints: it was perfect. Really! Great value for money.
