It is just a bit outside Queenstown with a lovely view of the Marina. Very clean, well appointed kitchen and spacious. There are a few new businesses opening for food options. I recommend stopping by Fino and having a nice glass of wine on the Marina. If you are going to Milford sound, Pure Milford will pick you up at the bus stop right across the street. This was very convenient. It was a quick trip for us and we really wished we could have stayed longer.

Plenty of space, close to the shops and beautiful views.
There wasn’t any options to stream on the tv and nowhere to wash the dishes that were provided.

Very spacious, clean and well equipped. Good location for skiing at Remarkables. Lovely view. Good parking.
Can you please provide more tea towels and a draining board.

Walking very close by.
Comfy bed and sheets.
I left a message to see if we could have another room. No one called. My husband cleaned heatump. Shower needed an update as moldie on base.

easy to access. clean. comfortable bed. location good. good shower.
lack of towels, tea bags etc, milk.

Basic room - nothing special - no personal touches - very transactional
Told to rinse dishes - expected us to take rubbish out.
9.0
near water, comfortable, clean.
A bit of a walk to Queenstown, in case you like to be near it. Easy ferry ride, however!

I needed an iron and board but didnt realise there wasnt one until the morning I wanted it. One was offered to be dropped off later in the day. I got by with a smile to a neighbour and borrowed theirs.

Good location, not to far from town but just far enough away and still close to shops and the airport. The room was a good size and comfortable.

Close to water. Easy access to room. Large comfy bed.
An extra towel as it was hard to get the towels dried overnight.

The location, outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Queenstown, but not too far.
Didn’t receive our message about our Apt. Nbr, then the code didn’t match . Thankfully one of the residents in the complex was kind enough to lend us her phone so we could call someone to assist us, as our NZ phone stopped working. Fridge great but too hot with no ventilation. Cutlery, crockery mismatched (probably because guests steal them 🙄) Could not open windows during heatwave, so we were forced to use AC, would prefer fresh air. These are not supposed to be critical comments, just suggestions for future. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Lovely views with a nice balcony to enjoy it. Apartment layout was great. Location was nice and quiet which was to our liking.
We stayed in 205. Apartment was not as advertised. Booked an apartment as we wanted kitchen facilities but rangehood didn't have a filter, dishwasher was not working, kettle was broken and chair was also broken. Contacted management but no one came back to us during our stay. At checkout we called again and were told that the issues were going to be addressed after we checked out - not sure how that was going to help. When we finally did get a response, covid was used as an excuse for pretty much everything. Yes, businesses have been impacted but that doesn't mean that customers don't deserve what they paid for.
Paid full price for half the facilities.

Location was good.
sand flies but not really hotels problem.

The security was abysmal. There was no chain on the door or other way of securing it from inside. The lock was a key code, rather than card or physical key, and the man I spoke to couldn't assure me the code is changed between guests. This door opens straight onto the car park. As a solo female traveller, I felt extremely unsafe.

Location was ok. BBQ available for cooking although sprinklers run in the morning making cooking breakfast interesting.
Windows cannot be opened making the room very stuffy and hot in the afternoon. Cooking facilities consist of microwave, toaster and jug. This makes it difficult for extended stays.

Location was good
No view

Great easy to find location on route to Queenstown. Room was very tidy and had most the basics needed for an enjoyable stay. Location was right by the waterfront which was a bonus
Would've liked some milk provided to make tea and coffee

There was a muck up with our check in. We had booked a studio. Entry is by self check in and upon entry we discovered that our room had not been serviced. We contacted the managing agent. She (Veronica) apologised profusely and immediately upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment in the same complex. So full points for service there! I would suggest paying the extra and booking the larger apartment. This apartment was well appointed and very clean. So thanks.
It's away from central Queenstown which suited us but if you want action at your door it is perhaps not the best location for you.

Easy to access. Facilities clean and tidy.
Dish washing equipment not supplied. And no servicing available during stay.

The location is superb. In Queenstown you spend most of the time exploring, so this location was prime position. It was about 5km from the Queenstown centre, meaning it was a nice walk or bike round into Ferg Burger! The accomodation is located 100m from a fantastic cafe as well!
Everything was great. I was a small room, but it has everything you needed.
