Great neighborhood in Dana Point
Great neighborhood in Dana Point. The hide is perfectly situated for a small group. They had everything we needed for our stay and the house is sparkling clean. Not a far walk from the beach although the closest beach is under construction, but it’s a short drive to Dana point, San Clemente, trestles, Laguna, etc. great home base for beach or mountain adventure.

Great family place!
We really enjoyed this property. It was clean, roomy, lots of storage in closets and kitchen. Nice bonus to have beach umbrellas and chairs on site. Loved that our family of 4 could hang out together, or get away from each other. Nice to have two TV's plus the pool table. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with and everything about our stay was easy. Highly recommend.

The location and description of property is accurate
Our stay was good and only matter to report is a strong order in the garage. We tried opening the garage to air out but didn’t help. It was so powerful that it was seeping into the condo.

Clean Dana Point property close to beach
A clean property in a quiet residential neighborhood with a 12 minute easy walk to Dana Point beach. Host and manager were attentive and responsive and made check-in/checkout a breeze. Would stay here again for a quick escape - a nice bottle of wine welcomed us to the property (thanks!)

Great neighborhood and perfect location
This location is perfect. Close to the beach, downtown San Clemente and walking distance to beaches and parks. This location offers all the amenities of your own home, while away. Excellent communication from the host, easy check in/out process and great neighborhood.

Walking distance to beach, bar and restaurant
Absolutely loved Ross’s place! Would highly recommend staying here. Quick 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. 10 minute walk to a delicious sushi place and a little bar 10-20 minute drive to Laguna Beach! Just the perfect location. Also, the house was kept very clean and was decorated nicely. Ross was super quick in responding when needing something.

Great location! Great space!
Great location! Great space. Was perfect for my best friend, myself, and my little dog. Neighborhood was adorable. Nice to have a dedicated parking space on the driveway. Beds were comfortable. I felt safe walking my dog down the sidewalk at 4am. Easy access to the highway to get to Laguna, Huntington, Long Beach, etc. Nice grocery stores within 5 min drive. Ross & Dana had all the amenities we needed. They sent a note the morning after check-in to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. Would stay with them again.

Lovely House | Walk to Beach | Cute Neighborhood
We did an extended stay here and truly enjoyed it! The house comes with everything you would need. We enjoyed BBQ, cooking in the kitchen, playing pool in the garage, and the lovely walks to the beach. Ross (property manager) was always available to answer any questions, and made us feel welcome! Thank you ROSS!!

Nice place to stay
Check in was easy and they accommodated a little earlier check in. Left a bottle of wine, which was nice. Nice neighborhood! Only thing is they only had sitting chairs, not beach chairs. I would suggest a few beach chairs.

Has 'everything' needed for a girlfriends' long weekend.
Yes, it's a bit dated, but it's clean and centrally located to many popular beach towns. Beautiful drive to the beach and easy access to local stores. Bedroom guests heard other unit's guests partying a bit one night, but it's in a safe, friendly and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend you consolidate cars as the street parking is limited (and we visited during off-peak season). Ross was very responsive and provided an excellent guest guide. I would absolutely stay here again!

Pictures don't say it all.
the pictures of the unit showed much higher quality furnishings than the actual furniture. the dishes were not clean, we had to wash them before we could use them. the lamps in the bedroom were unplugged and we could not plug them in because they were behind the bed. it took 2 of our 3 days to get the owner to plug them in. the lamp shades in the bedroom looked as if they had been in a fight.....bent and water stains. We are disappointed that we weren't better at reading between the lines of the advertisement.

Great location and space for the 2 of us...
We had a lovely week in OC and appreciated having a place to go and relax between outings. This place was nice and clean and adequate for two. There’s only one bathroom and the living room seating is less than comfortable. It is in need of some cosmetic updates, a coat of paint but the most notable updates needed were the curtains, they offer no privacy and the decor. It wasn’t very homey or decorated, that being said, we didn’t spend that much time indoors either..

Excellent home
This was an excellent property. Perfect size for four people, parking is limited so suggest consolidating to one car for the stay. The property was very clean and having the pool table was a really good time. The property managers are awesome and very responsive. I will always try and stay here when I come back in town!

Another great stay!
We have rented this property every year for the last four years. We love the location! Its close to San Clemente, Dana Point and Laguna without being in the center of the chaos. It's a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The house is clean, modern and comfortable. We love our annual escape here each year!
