Coconut Cove is a lovely seven-bedroom vacation home in Seagrove just steps away from the beach that accommodates up to twenty-five guests. This beautiful property features seven bedrooms, a private pool, multiple balconies, and a southern-style front porch. Additionally, Coconut Cove is only a minute walk away from the Gulf of Mexico and a short walk away from Seaside's town center.

This charming beach house features beautiful decor, hardwood floors, and modern appliances throughout the entire home. The main living area includes a large white sectional, cozy fireplace, flatscreen TV, and sliding doors that lead out to the pool deck and outdoor dining area. Off of the living area, there is a large gourmet kitchen and formal dining area. The kitchen is a chef's dream and features quartz countertops, a breakfast bar seating four, and stainless steel appliances, including a double oven. The formal dining table overlooks the pool area and seats up to eight people. The first floor also features a full laundry room as well.

The first two bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom features a king bed, flatscreen TV, and a luxurious master bathroom that includes a dual-sink vanity, Roman bathtub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and a private water closet. The second bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom shared with the hall with a walk-in shower.

Next, the second floor includes four more guest bedrooms, a second living area, and two balconies. In the living area, you'll find a couch, armchair, flatscreen TV, and al-fresco dining on the balcony. A bunk room located off of the living area features a twin/full bunk bed and flatscreen TV that kids are sure to love. Two of the other guest bedrooms on the second floor feature a king bed, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bathrooms with dual-sink vanities. One bedroom has a walk-in shower and the other has a combination shower/tub. The last guest bedroom on the second floor sleeps up to eight guests with a king bed and full/full/full bunk bed. The room also includes a flatscreen TV and walk-in closet.

Finally, the third floor features the remaining seventh bedroom, a full bathroom, and a game room. The last bedroom is another great room for kids as it features two queen beds and a flatscreen TV and the full bathroom in the hallway includes a walk-in shower. You'll love hanging out in the game room that features bean bag seating, a sleeper sofa, card table, mini-fridge, flatscreen TV, and a foosball table.

We had an incredible time in 30a at Coconut Cove! We had a mom group/girls trip and this house was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space- great pool (recommend heating if not in summer), great large dining table and deck for eating, nice large couch for sitting and plenty of pool chairs! We did have a slight issue with the AC not working right when we arrived but the team was absolutely incredible in getting someone out there ASAP, providing fans and then ensuring they handled it professionally. They were great to work with after to ensure our stay was overall a good experience. I would recommend either bringing more chairs/umbrellas or renting as unit only comes with 3 chairs. You are just a couple blocks from beach- you cross over one main road. Very simple to walk! We rented a car to get to Seaside. You could walk but prob take you 20 minutes- golf cart would def work too. We didn’t rent one bc nervous on rules etc but we saw a lot of ppl with them! Overall great location, great size of house and very responsive management team. Thx for a great girls trip!

The location was absolutely amazing! A close walk to the beach, easy enough to walk back at lunch time to make sandwiches. The house is great from the outside and it is nice that it has a pool. Downside was the air conditioning on the 2nd and third floor did not work well. It was literally like a sauna in the third floor bedroom. In addition, the freezer did not keep food frozen or make ice. The dryer also did not work well and made a horrible noise. Other than that, the house was very nice. It could be better if they just fixed those few things. The management company was very receptive.

Great home for our family. We had 10 adults and 6 kids. The location and access to the beach was so easy. Loved having the swimming pool too. Very responsive to issues. The ice maker wasn't working properly so they kept us stocked with ice. The gas grill wasn't working properly so they brought a brand new one to us. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice and warm home with plenty of space for 5 children from 6 months to 6 years. Rooms were big enough for small families to stay where babies can nap. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The living area was very comfortable and the inside fire was delightful. The kitchen was great with plenty of space and more than enough dishes and glassware for this size group. We spent a lot of time on the porch with the outside fireplace and television. We had several evening meals there. The refrigerator was large and more than adequate for our food for the holidays. We all agreed that we would love to be able to come back for our biannual gathering.

First of all, the home was in Santa Rosa Beach, not San Juan. The alarm on the sliding doors to the back yard was obnoxious. There should have been a way to bypass from both the inside and outside (currently only inside). The kitchen was lacking things. For example, there was no pizza cutter. Overall, the house was really nice and the size was perfect for us.

Great property, east west orientation had the pool shaded by 4 PM. We were 200yards from the stairs to the beach. Small children (10, 8 and under) we had were at the beach early, break for lunch and naps, then pool in the afternoon. Avoided any sunburn issues. House set up was great, we had 4 couples/families, all adults had king or queen beds. Only one shared bathroom which could have been avoided by using 3rd floor bed/bath. Overall very good. Appliances could be in better shape. Namely the refrigerator/ freezer. Drawers and shelves are broken but useable. An extra freezer unit was present when we arrived so we purchased ice and were fine. Laundry is good, probably needs a sign to remind guests to leave the washer door open when not in use. Would rent it again. Company 5 star properties was responsive to a quick call.

The house is well built with high end workmanship. Top of the line appliances, plenty of room for family and friends. Excellent location and plenty of parking. The outdoor area was big and plenty of seating. The downside was that the floors could stand to be cleaner given that the cleaning fee is high , would suggest investing in a few floor swiffers. Kitchen was missing a blender, no oven mitts, ice machine did not work . Outdoor table on its last leg literally, I fixed with a few screws . If you have more than 15 staying prepare for your trash to build up as there are only two cans outside. Overall we were happy with the accommodations

The property has a very good location, is comfortable, and of a good size. They should improve cleanliness. the bathrooms and the floor were dirty. Some kitchen appliances do not work. Blender, microwave, coffee maker has no filter. The bed located in the 1st room was completely disassembled at the base.

The house was very large and clean. It is great for large groups. There is plenty of parking. The beach is right across the street and was great. We were able to walk to Seaside, but it was a bit of a stretch with young kiddos.

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time this week. The house was well decorated, very clean, and super close to the beach (2 minute or so walk?). We loved the private pool and the cute golf chipping/putting area. I also enjoyed the small outside patios which were perfect for sneaking away with a book. The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. We did not want to leave and plan to rent this house again. Also very positive review for the rental company, five star. They were very accommodating and checked in on us the second day of our stay to make sure all was good. Also happened to meet the home’s owner one day who was very nice and cares about his property and keeping it in excellent condition! Loved every minute of our time here!!!
