This was a great place for a gathering with friends. The pool is awesome and the views are truly spectacular. Will stay again next time in PV!

We've stayed at many rentals over the past several years and this place was clearly the most disappointing.
The house is spacious with large windows, panoramic views and a great location, but most everything else about it was at or below average. There were multiple issues that required attention upon our moving-in. The Avantstay staff attended to some but others would have taken more time than we were willing to put up with during our stay.
The kitchen was poorly stocked compared to what our other vacation rentals have provided, and the rooms will not be winning any interior design awards.
The house overall felt stark, neglected and shabby, and was in need of a lot of repair. Certainly not what would be expected by those seeking an upscale vacation experience. If you are one of those you should stay away from this place.

Stayed in this home for the weekend with two families (4 adults, 6 teenage kids). Layout was great for two families, or possibly more.
The neighborhood was amazing. Middle of Paradise Valley at the base of camelback mountain. Location could not have been better. Very short walk to Sanctuary Resort.
The house is dated and the layout is funky, but the location makes it easy to look past these things. The price reflected this. If modern finishes and design is important to you, you may want to skip this one.
Would definitely return.

Dirty….windows, floors, cob webs, cub boards, closets.

While we enjoyed the location of the house, there were a few issues. The pool and hot tub were NOT hot when we got there, even though I paid extra for that. My friends manually got the heater to a good set temperature, but that took 2 days. So we only got to use the last evening. Also, the shower heads in my master bathroom were so calcified that over half emitted no water. I tried scrubbing with a face cloth and got some to work, but not even close to all of them. And the step up in the garage needs some safety reflective tape to mark the 4” rise . Everyone in our party tripped over it at least once, an many of us several times. It is a safety hazard! Overall the house was ok, but not nearly worth what they are charging for it.

Great location and view - property needs some work.
The location of this property definitely cannot be beat - the views are amazing and it is convenient to many great areas in Paradise Valley. The property itself definitely needs some work. The flooring is really old, scratched up, and missing chunks. The living room rug had a urine smell on it, we ended up buying some scent spray to cover it up. The deck on the outside of the property was also deteriorating, we were a little bit wary about the kids going out on the deck, some parts of it seemed a little unsafe. In general certain parts of the home definitely need a lot of updating, but the layout was great and we loved the location!

Beautiful area, perfect location, tired house
Our family of six (including teen and preteen boys) would absolutely stay here again. The neighborhood is phenomenal, carved into Camelback, which made for great walks. The views were spectacular and house has tons of natural light and great amenities for families to enjoy. The house itself is very tired (one exterior door not usable, some cabinets not lined up, paint peeling etc.) but would otherwise easily rent for 2-3x what we paid. The pool table isn’t great quality but was useable. Kitchen was well stocked, molten brown bath products, nice towels. So, if you want a luxury neighborhood, and can overlook wear and tear on an old house, this property is a great value.

Beautiful property. Views are incredible. Property is literally built into the mountainside so very close to nature all around.
The master suite is very nice and roomy. Be prepared for a lot mirrors in the bathroom.

They property was in a great location and communication was great. Loved that we could walk to Echo Canyon Trail and avoid the parking hassle.

Gorgeous views. House a bit undermaintained.
The location is excellent and the views from the house are magnificent. There are signs that maintenance is not a huge priority. Electric sockets exposed, holes and rotten planks on the deck, broken door handles, etc.
We enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

The rooms are even more spacious and luxurious than can come across in the pictures and the location is very convenient to golf and old town. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Visit
This property was fabulous! The views are breathtaking. Loved the hot tub. The views from the pool were lovely- just wished the water could be heated because it was too cold to really swim. The kitchen was well stocked with knives/ plates/ cooking utensils and cleaning supplies! Loved the fresh flowers on the dining room table. We used the kitchen bar stools as tables for drinks near the seating so that worked out great. Perfect location. Would visit again!

Spectacular, amazing, fabulous, breathtaking!!
We came to Phoenix for my daughter’s wedding and this was just so perfect!! The place was spotless, the views were breathtaking and whenever we texted a question to the property people, the response came in minutes. It was quite extraordinary. The morning sunrises were spectacular and the evening city scene was mesmerizing!! The property had everything on hand that you might need and it also had multiple super cozy gas fireplaces that added so much! We just couldn’t believe that we had found such a place to spend such a special weekend!
