Would highly recommend

Excellently equipped, homely and welcoming. Great kitchen and dining area, spacious back yard and two well maintained bathrooms. Nice touches throughout the property for rentals.

Nice place, just needs a few jobs done.

The place was clean, and had everything we needed.We especially appreciated the much needed fan in the heatwave! The washing machine was great and great to have YouTube and Netflix on the TV for the kids. Quiet area considering the busy road. Even with the heat we all slept really well, the extra big bed was great to have plenty of space in the heat.

There was a mouse poison trap in the utility cupboard and on show in the garden, we have twin toddlers and had to keep them out of the garden as they would have gone straight to that, there was also cigarette butts on the floor in the garden. The steps leading down to the dining room and Garden was also a hazard, so families with young kids may need to be aware of that, we had to close the doors and hold together with a hair tie to keep them out. A lot of the windows also did not open which in 40 degree heat was not ideal. We never used the ensuite but I did try to turn on the shower and couldn't adjust the temp. There was also some exposed wires which again with young kids was challenging to keep away. The remote in front room wasn't working however we could use the other room remotes. Also the iron did not seem to work.

what we saw online was what we got👏🏽👍🏽definitely coming back.

the property was clean, easy to access, the Host was exceptionally pleasant, he picked calls and was available to attend to all our demands. my family felt at home during the stay.

would stay again if flat replaced mattress.

location was great for us , as was the parking. whole flat extremely clean .

the 3 of us all 70 could have done with more comfortable arm chairs . mattress on single bed uncomfortable and noisy.

A home away from home

Apartment was exceptionally clean. Very comfy beds Great facilities and superb location Visited with family of 5þ and everyone had a wonderful time, it was indeed a home away from home. Will definitely re-visit and recommend.

A great stay and a wonderful experience. I will stay if I am back in the area.

It was great that I had no difficulty in doing the self check in. The general facilities i.e. coffee, Tea, Biscuits availability were good and sufficient enough during the stay. Easy access to the Blue water shopping centre, Intu Lake shopping centre and M25 Communication with the host was excellent.

Recommendation - A complimentary tooth brush would be great as I forgot to take it with me and ended up to purchase from the local convenience shop.
