Super położenie bliski wyciągu narciarskiego, blisko centrum miasteczka. Bardzo przyjemny basen z saunami.

we went to ski, not to enjoy the hotel.

it was always warm. parking was Ok. spa was nice and clean. breakfast was good. ski storage was great. close to lift.

bedroom was small. very bad soundproofing. we could hear the dogs next door, and were woken up by the person above using the toilet (yes, not so pleasant eh…). We felt it was expensive also… however, we did book late and in season. Also, spa was extra and bathrobes also.

Velice přátelský, ochotný a vstřicný personál, cítili jsme se jako doma! Hotel se nachází asi 400 metrů od prvního vleku nahoru, takže jsme nepotřebovali ani ski-busy, ani auto. A na rozdíl od vedlejší a známější obci Madonna je Pinzolo o dost příjemnější a míň nafoukané (a ani v něm nepotkáte nikoho v kožichu :) ). Paráda!

Není jednoduché najít v Pinzolo restauraci, která vám uvaří večeři bez objednání předem, ale nakonec jsme zvládli i tento úkol. V samotném hotelu samozřejmě je dobrá restaurace, ale večeřet celý týden v jednom místě se nám nechtělo.

bel soggiorno a pinzolo

L'hotel si trova leggermente defilato dal centro di pinzolo, raggiungibile comunque con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. camere spaziose pulite arredate con gusto. molto bene la colazione sia dolce che salata con torte fatte in casa, disponibile il personale e molto gradito poter usufruire di sauna e piscina.

parcheggio a mio avviso troppo piccolo per il numero di ospiti che l'hotel può ospitare.

Our awesome stay at Edelweiss Alpine

The hospitality of the family truly lived up to the warmth Italians are known for. They were kind, loving and very helpful. Edelweiss Alpine had an inviting family friendly, non pretentious glow about it. We loved our stay here. The breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious. The breakfast staff attentive and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel itself seems brand new, modern yet true to its roots and location making it a perfect ski lodge destination for families & friends. All of this made it supurb value for the money. Well done!

There was nothing we didn't like. A kettle in the room would have made it a fait accompli, however the owners provided us a steel thermos of steaming hot water whenever we wanted.

Need to put more effort into making guests feel welcome.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on a cycling trip. The bedrooms seem to have had a makeover recently and are very modern. Ours had a balcony with great views of the river and the mountains beyond.

We stayed for dinner but wish we hadn't really. It felt like we were an inconvenience and the quality of the food was poor. At breakfast, the waitress stood behind a screen and you had to point to what you would like for breakfast. The quality of the breakfast food was better than dinner and we are to presume that the waitress served breakfast because of Covid but I think it was more likely to be for portion control.

Great base in Pinzolo

Great hotel, very comfortable. The spa and pool area is fantastic. Breakfast was very nice, but every day the same. Extremely helpful staff. English is limited, but for us this was not a problem (I speak Italian). We got a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room with a nice view. Easy walking distance to the ski chairlift and ski rental and also to the village. Parking (limited numbers) right in front of the hotel and a huge free parking about 100m away. Would definitely stay here again.

Little gem close to the slopes in Pinzolo

Edelweiss hotel is a gem and that is mostly done because of the caring and amazing staff, you really feel super welcome there thanks to everyone working at the hotel going above and beyond to help you with anything you might need. The hotel is very clean, it has a great little Pool/SPA area, well equipped ski room, location is perfect (5 min walk to the Pra Rodont gondola), our stay was great and we would definitely recommend this place to others and book again!

Breakfast food was the same each day, a little boring for a longer stay and not a lot of variety to choose from (but I also think this limited breakfast service was because of Covid restrictions, so it should be better in normal times). Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bit choppy, if you need to work it's best to sit down near the reception.

Everything was perfect! Great location, hotel looks brand new, spa is incredible, very convenient, walking distance to the ski lifts and 15 min by car to Madonna di Campiglio. Staf was great, very kind and professional, helping us with all we needed. I really recommand this place and we will surely return!

Good choice for the family

A beautiful place. A recently renovated hotel, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner menu. Surprised by the spa area. Very good equipped ski room. Convenient access to the surrounding ski areas. Parking space. Good price.

Amazing stay in Pinzolo TN , we will definitely come back

1) Fully renovated hotel. 2) Very helpful staff , they recommend us to visit Val Genova which is a pearl in the dolomites 3) After Dolomitica Brenta bike race they have offered a complimentary use of shower even though already check out 4) Superb breakfast

Friendly and amazing stay

The staff has welcomed us with warm heart and kind , the staff offered us a warm experience. The manager was cooperative and help us in our vegetarian food at the dinner. The hotel is fill with good vibes and the suit view is wonderful and clean.the activities is near by about 5 min to the teleferic and shops.the town is very safe and full of families.
