Do not bring your pet here, they will not be welcome anywhere but the lobby and your room. Will get a sitter at home nex

Nice location, walking distance from the shops

$150 for my pet and she could not accompany us at ANY of the amenities like the private beach or the hot tub. Could not leave her in the room alone, $250 incidental charge for barking, but we would not want to leave her alone anyway. Area was great, weather was beautiful, water was refreshing (we had access to another dog friendly private "beach") which made the visit memorable. I do not think this property should be listed as pet friendly but rather as pet tolerable as there were many dogs in residence.

Best Family Hotel In The Area IMHO

Everything! What's not to like about this resort hotel? Activities left and right and service is topnotch. Beautiful hotel and well kept rooms with all the necessities you need.

Some outlets in the room do not work.

Amazing! Staff was friendly, location was amazing. Highly recommend!

The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The first girl we talked to, I believe her name was Yesenia, was amazing. So so nice. The location was amazing! We didn’t drive anywhere at all during our stay. Everything was within walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel was a little warm, but that’s probably because they’re used to colder weather.

This is my go to resort for vacation at least 3X a year. I love it!

The staff is exceptional. Joshua at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly.

Highly recommend

Extremely friendly and competent staff at the desk, restaurant and coffee shop. The views of the lake were well worth the extra few dollars.

beautiful hotel, great location by the lake, friendly staff

we stayed on 2nd floor and people upstairs were so noisy at night with constant heavy footsteps, suitcase wheels rolling back and forth, kids jumping up and down…hard to get a good night sleep

Wow what a difference since last year!

How busy the bar at the restaurant was they only had one bartender and she seemed overwhelmed and not pleasant. But overall I enjoyed my stay!

Great location. The room is outdated and expensive for what they offer.

Location. The lakefront property is located at the Village and walking distance to the restaurants, shops, etc.

The room seems outdated. The bar staff was somehow rude and dishonest. went to the hotel bar to have some drinks and found a family friend. Even though I opened a separate account with my own credit card and picked up all my drinks at the counter/bar, the staff added my drinks to my friends account and charged them. Later the bar attendee charged me once again, and even after I said my account was already paid by my friends, they asked me to sign one drink that was missing on the already paid bill.

My stay was cozy, warm and inviting. I am coming back in the summer with family and friends.

The location and the scenery. The holiday decorations were beautiful. The restaurant, fitness center and lounge area were nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Facilities are a little outdated.

Staff was very friendly, explaining everything you'd have questions about at check-in. Pool, beach, and dock was pleasant but most of the time the outdoor spaces were too family-oriented for a couple just looking to relax.

Hotel is in desperate need of a remodel and room was musty with quite a few bugs in it, including a spider on my pillow. Tons of rowdy kids around the property, which can make for very loud room neighbors.

Location, staff were great, clean property.

Walls are very thin , I could hear everything next door and on hallways, restrooms in room had sliding doors that had gaps which was very uncomfortable. Tv only has a few channels.

Expensive and frustrating!

location

the value. the added pet fee which was not disclosed until we checked in. 150.00 dollars is outrageous! the wait time to get our room. we arrived at 2:00 we were told our room was not ready. other guests are being checked in, including a group that showed up without reservations and were given a room right away. returned at 3:30 still told room is being worked on but is not ready yet. all other guests arriving are being given rooms. we are told at 4:00 the latest they should have the room ready. 4:10 we are again told the room is not ready but it shouldn’t be too long now. we asked what’s going on and why we are the only ones still waiting wondering if they can just assign us to a room that’s ready now. they indicate we requested a handicap room we indicate we never requested such room. there’s a back and forth between the two front desk reps but eventually we get our room. then we are told there’s a 150.00 pet fee and ask if that’s okay…, well we’ve waited enough at this point and we are already there so you don’t have much of a choice but to pay the fee. this process was frustrating, unprofessional, and expensive. one night in an average room ended up being about 500.00 dollars.

The availability of spa and massage service. lake view room.

We don't have the chance to enjoy the resort service. So we basically pay 70$ for nothing. Spa close too early at 7pm. The massage service is overpriced, 50min for 150$??? My biggest complain is that the room has poor sound proof function. I woke up by the sound of heavy footstep from the upper floor and some unknown vibration. The bathroom does not have tub. The hot tub outside is small and too few of them (only 2). We kept waiting until 10:00pm, but still no vacancy. Maybe we just have too high expectation for a 4-star hotel.
