Bis auf die oben beanstandeten, fehlenden Gegenstände war das Zimmer okay

Großzügige Räume

Küche nicht entsprechend ausgestattet für die Personenzahl. Haben uns daher selber Zusätzliches Besteck gekauft. Bettdecken ohne Bezüge. Es konnte uns auch nichts nachträglich vor die Tür gelegt werden, was wir überhaupt nicht verstanden haben. Da wir das Zimmer so einem Sonderangebot bekommen haben, wurde uns gesagt, dass man deshalb die beanstandeten Ausstattungs, Defizite hinnehmen muss…

Condo had PLENTY of space, everything we needed and was beautiful and comfortable.

The property was easy to navigate, clean, very well kept, nicely decorated. The path around the pond was very nice and peaceful for being in a major traffic area of the city! It was close to everything although be sure to plan extra time for everything, the lights take FOREVER in the area! We took an Uber to all the parks and it was less than $10/trip so avoided the parking lots and parking fees.

They did close the clubhouse pool (the pool closest to the unit) the last evening we were there for what seemed like a silly excuse but we were able to walk on the path across the street to the other pool and it was not a big deal. The pool was quite crowded the first night we were there (Saturday) but not so much the rest of the week. I was told there is a new pool opening soon so that may relieve some of the crowds!

All the beds was hard and had pee stains. I bite up in the guest room. Outside furniture is old and falling apart.

The Perfect 🥰 First time in Orlando I'm really satisfied, and I can't wait to get back.

Everything was really perfect, clean 👌 beautiful bathroom, the kitchen was very nice and comfortable, my kids had a great time My family's was very excited 😊

if you’re deciding between a hotel and this place for 2 people, this is by far the better option.

clean, spacious, amenities, great location and excellent communication from the owner.

Beautiful Scenery , Nice Building BUT apartment unit needs to be upgraded in some areas and cleaned properly!

property was very clean meaning the building and the grounds. the unit was very spacious inside….

As far as the unit itself, the stove and oven was very dirty with crumbs of food stuck in the sides of it , as well as waisted food stains in oven! kitchen cabinet was full of live and dead roaches where the silver ware is located and the pots and pans cabinet was also Full if dead roaches..Beds had no frame jus Mattress and Box spring only! meaning beds was actually on the floor!

very nice and relaxing stay!

The location felt safe and it was close to many stores/restaurants.

There were a couple of dead roaches under a cabinet and I saw one live one. But it did not take away from the experience. The condo itself was very clean and fresh.

cockroaches if you love them stay here

cleaning , they charge $120 cleaning fee for a place that has a lot of cockroaches, it’s no healthy at all when I text the owner about this He said cockroaches are not life risking or a threat for health ! that they will have it during the seasons !! rude and unprofessional

Deceived by pictures but poor experience

I liked the pool and the kiddy pool. I liked the location of the condo. I liked the big garden tub

I didnt like the TV and all the confusing remote controls. I didn't like the master bedroom bed.. it was broken in the middle and hurt my back. I didn't like all the cacaroaches some in the sink and crawling on the bedside tables. I didn't like the washer leaking out from underneath it. I didn't like the fridge water filter being old and not replaced .. the water tasted awful. I didn't like finding dirty drinking bottles behind the TV stand in the living room. I didn't like finding a pair of shorts wrapped up in a spare blanket from in the closet. I didnt like seeing the floor looked warped and peeling near the bathroom in the dinning room.

Exceptional

It was a perfect fit for our family. Beautiful place with plenty of room. Nice balcony. Close to everything! My daughter was competing for NGA nationals for gymnastics. Perfect location close to the convention center. I love the pool area. I would definitely stay here again. We love it!

That I didn't have a broom to sweep. I think I might have got put away with the other cleaning supplies.

The location, the amenities and the size of the condo.

The condo had roaches in the dishwasher and in the ice machine. It was a bit outdated. Also the furniture cluld have been a bit cleaner.

We had a great stay overall

The property was spacious and convenient location. Easy access to the interstate and Seaworld and Disney

The property needs updating, bed in master bedroom was not comfortable, we walked on the floor with our socks on and they was dirty when we removed them, towels and bed linens had an odor like they wasn’t washed good and we had to rewash everything! The biggest problem was roaches! I reported it to the owner and they came the next day and put combat down and the next day we saw them again. At that point we was ready to leave.
