Very nice staff; i made a reservation for two nights, and they were kind enough to let cancel the second night (without cost) only a day before check in.

-Not the greatest location. -Train passes near by, and if the window is open you can hear it quite well. -wifi was a bit weak ( for WhatsApp calls) in my room ( but worked fine in the hallway)

I think it’s a nice and cosy place to stay during a short stay in Ljubljana. It’s not fair from a city centre, affordable and clean. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful! I would definitely recommend this place without any hesitation.

Very good

Good value, location is a short walk from city center, very friendly owner/receptionist, ample space for drying laundry, working fridge and AC. Outside noise lower than expected, trains did not wake us up.

Possibly sub-par door soundproofing - noise from the hallway (but not from adjacent rooms) could be heard in the room. Check-in had to be before 7PM, which could be troublesome for someone, e.g. when hitting an unexpected traffic jam.

I would definitely recommend this place.

Very quiet and comfortable place. The staff was very helpful.

A bit far from the center (20 min walk) but it was not a major problem for us.

Pleasant

- refrigeration in the room - cleaning every day - A/C - you can move free thanks to the keys

- too far from the city center - the district is not dangerous but looks odd - the train is very close to the house - the owner (the old man) is very rude so it is better to communicate with the old lady or their daughter - you can pay the tourist tax in cash only

Simple clean room with everything you need. Hosts were really friendly and welcoming. The room can be paid by card, but the city tax has tp be paid by cash. So make sure you have a bit of cash.

Guesthouse Koprivec provides a pleasant, friendly, clean welcome to Ljubljana!

Karla and her family were exceptionally friendly and helpful to our stay! The accomodations were simple but had everything we needed and were quite clean and comfortable. Tip: download the app for the city bikes, just 1 euro for the week and free rentals for trips of less than 1 hour. (There is a bike station about a ten minute walk from the guesthouse.)

Superb

Very nice hosts, you feel like at home. Free parking. You get a shot as a welcome drink. :)

It's quite far away from the city center, 30 min by walking.

Carla was very helpful with advice on where to take care of various errands. The room was clean and large.

There was no place inside or in a locked outside location to store bicycles. There was no electric kettle in the room.

Great stay

This was very good value for money. They offered free parking at the property in their car park so we did not have to park our car on the street. The room was big enough and clean. Walking distance to town center. They also had coffee/tea/ drinks at the reception/bar area. Hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Fine Room, Incredibly Rude Owners

Convenient location if a bit of a walk to old town. adequate facilities if spare. I knew it was near train tracks and with closed windows the train noise was muted but not with open windows if that would concern you.

Owners were incredibly rude on our arrival. They said something about a sign we never saw and our driver pulled into what was an open gate. There was no way to know one should not enter there and it was the front door of the building. The owners came out screaming about calling the Police and when the man saw the driver’s Bosnian license plate started cursing and calling him names. even in a language I don’t speak I recognized ugly name calling. We quickly tipped our wonderful driver so he could leave and hopefully calm everyone down. But the man continued to curse and yell for at least ten minutes despite our attempts to apologize for using the wrong driveway, and even his wife finally calming and trying to check us in. I’ve never been so rudely received by someone I was trying to pay for their room. Had I not already provided partial payment I would have walked out. The room met my needs but the hospitality clearly did not. I would never stay again.
