Великолепное путешествие семьй по разным уголкам Армении

Удобное местоположение, до центральной площади 10 минут пешком. Отель не большой , но очень уютный, хорошие полноценные завтраки. комфортные номера и очень удобная кровать. За одну поездку останавливались в отеле три раза, пришлось воспользоваться камерой хранения. Отдельное спасибо персоналу, который готов был помочь и всегда отзывался на наши просьбы. Мы остались очень довольны.

Просто прекрасно

Гостиницу выбирали по отзывам и она превзошла все наши ожидания. Отличное расположение на красивой центральной улице, современные и чистые номера. Очень удобные матрасы и подушки! Завтрак просто фантастический - каждое утро свежая выпечка, блинчики, салаты, овощи и большой выбор блюд на любой вкус. Персонал очень профессиональный, приветливый и внимательный, Армине и Мария всегда были готовы помочь. Обязательно вернемся!

Очень удобное и бюджетное размещение вблизи от центра Еревана.

Расположение отличное, основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Завтрак отличный, по нашей просьбе варили армянский кофе, а также организовали полноценный завтрак раньше установленого времени. Несколько раз пользовались камерой хранения. Очень доброжелательный персонал, который готов помочь сверх своих должностных обязанностей.

Мы уже три раза оставнавливались в этом отеле, это лучший выбор по соотношению - цена - качество!

Завтрак был специально приготовлен для нас заранее. Очень вежливый персонал.

Было шумно на первом этаже, а на втром родителям понравилось.

Small cosy hotel

Very friendly staff, nice breakfast, very good location.

Sound isolation could be better (heard noises from the dining room), and carpets could be cleaned with deep cleaning from time to time.

Отель очень хороший. Чисто, красиво, удобно. Очень приветливый персонал. Прекрасный завтрак, вкусная домашняя выпечка. Расположение просто идеальное. Все очень близко.

Номер был без окна. Нам об этом предупреждали , но мы думали, что ничего в этом неудобного нет. Но оказалось, что для нас это была проблема. Нехватало возможности проветрить номер, потому что климат-контроль не справлялся .

perfect location for a stay in Yerevan, I would recommend

the stuff is very friendly and helpful the room is clean and nice the hotel itself is right in the center close to all the things to see and restaurants

I was told that they had a good breakfast but I was a bit disappointed. the choice was not as I expected. the grilled vegetables were too much oily, the coffe was not good and so on.

Great location

Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Maria on the reception gave us a lot of information for everything. Nice breakfast. The rooms and generally the hotel are very clean. No problems at all

Hearty welcome, nice stay

Great staff, who solved the issue with my booking immedeately! Inspite of the very central location I had very silent room and very good sleeping there. The breakfast was excellent and overall I am very happy with my choice.

Very friendly people and a clean, quiet, centrally located hotel

Such wonderful and welcoming people, great location, and fantastic breakfast! I came to Yerevan for just 2-3 nights and found this hotel very cozy and well-located. The room was very clean, the bed was comfey, and the whole place was quiet. As a bonus - this was the best breakfast I had in a long time, very homey but also naturally organic. The hosts even treated us to a glass of wine for no reason:) Highly recommend.

it was a nice stay

location is good - walkable to cascade, republic square, restaurants, and supermarket; bed is comfortable; room is okay for 2; kettle is available in the room; breakfast is not fancy but it was very good - we enjoyed the tabouleh as it is fresh; property is clean and a bit new; reception is very nice

our room does not have window and its a bit an odd

Like I said, Superb stay. They were all so nice, my husband phone was left in the taxi and Armina helped us speak to the

The location was perfect as it’s near to the republic square, and to a lot of restaurant, supermarket and exchange. The room and facilities are clean and organize, Armina and Maria were so nice as they even upgraded our room without hassle. The breakfast is so delicious, i tasted everything.

Nice place to stay for a couple of days in a good location

The personnel on the reception were nice: made early check-in and provided breakfast after it. They were open to answer questions. The hotel has good location, there are places to eat around. The room was equipped with the electric cattle, tea and sugar. In the bathroom kit with toothpaste and toothbrush + small hair brush were available. Shampoo and shower gel were generic. They tidy room avery day (do not change the towel)

It was not problem to me as we lived on a first floor but if you get the second floor room there is no elevator - only steps to go up
