the location was close to the market and old town. when we asked for simple things like wine glasses they were brought to the apartment.
it looked a bit tired and lacked overall maintenance, for example the fittings (tap and towel rail) were loose in the bathroom and the shower cubicle had mould on the grouting. both bedside cabinets were very wobbly along with the light fittings. The heating in the apartment was intermittent and when the weather went chilly it was uncomfortable.

Lovely modern clean apartment
Vending machine there but broke, if providing coffee and machine then sugar and milk cartons would be needed.
Didn't like paying a deposit although it was refunded immediately.

Als je voor het huisadres staat dan denk je als dit maar wat is. Maar eenmaal bij binnenkomst appartementen Goerlich beleef je een wow ervaring!! Locatie tegenover de markt ha Mercat Centrall en oude en nieuwe stadsgedeelte van Valencia. Alles goed te doen met de bus of lopend. Appartement kamer 104 zaten wij. De luxe kamer. Voorzien van alle gemakken. Twee tv's. Airco. Bed is opgemaakt en er hangen handdoeken. Uiteraard in de keuken ook alles voor elkaar. Appartement heeft een douche. Betaalbaar en prima service. Denk eraan dat je 150 euro borg vooraf moet betalen. Via creditcard. Heb je dit niet mag je dat ook overmaken. Maar regel dit vooraf!!

De locatie was geweldig. Tegenover de Mercat Central en alle gezellige plekjes waren op max. 5 minuten loopafstand. Daarnaast was de accommodatie ook super modern en helemaal onze smaak. Wij komen vaker terug en zullen dit iedereen die naar Valencia gaat aanraden!

We were welcomed with orange and coffee and the keys were placed on the table right when you enter the room. Very nice room with kitchen having cooking utensils if you want to cook and everything works perfectly. The manager was really helpful, the big open market is right in front of the suites with access to banks, transportation and lots of foods to buy at 24/7. Also is a walking distance to the big center with tourist attraction. I recommend 100%and we will be back again thanks.

La ubicación y la decoración. Me pareció que la suite tenía mucho encanto. No es la típica habitación impersonal de un hotel.
Pasamos frío. València en diciembre tampoco se libra de las bajas temperaturas y la aerotermia del establecimiento no acababa de dar calor a la habitación por mucho que el termostato marcara 23 grados. De hecho, tuvimos que comprar una estufa.

Everything else is not worth the price asked.

Lengthy communication with host, long useless mails and messages, before getting the needed information at the end.
Cumbersome online procedure for deposit, which doesn't work every time. On top of that i had to remind them to pay back my deposit.
Getting in is also a nightmare, you need a smartphone and internet.
Small, dark room. Noisy. Sofa is almost impossible to use for sitting or sleeping. Chairs are uncomfortable, so there is practically no sitting opportunity.

Excellent location, new and well maintained apartment.
Close to the Mercado Central - the Heaven of fresh fish, ham, fruits and vegetable.
The bed cover was dirty, so the cleaning person need to be more careful.

La ubicación, al lado del centro y con muchas restauracion, tiendas y zonas a visitar. Aunque por la noche el barrio que hay justo detrás del apartamento es mejor evitarlo, prostitución en plena calle y gente rara.
Apartamento muy oscuro, daba a una calle muy estrecha y al ser un primer piso no entraba nada de luz en todo el día.
Es bastante impersonal que no haya personal que te reciba y que te de las llaves y al que poder preguntar por un plano o zonas a visitar en la ciudad.

L’emplacement et la propreté des lieux
Le prix est excessif pour le petit appartement que c’est même si celui-ci est très bien positionné et qu’il est bien équipé. Nous avons reçu un message pour l’accès et c’est un peu près tout. Pour le prix, nous aurions aimé une attention un peu plus personnel que ces messages.

Очень достойный апарт отель. Красивое лобби, приятно пахнет, всё ухожено.
Номер содержит всю необходимую бытовую технику. Но нет кондиционера, только вентилятор. В октябре было нормально, но не знаю как летом.
Кровать удобная. В номере все чистое, достаточно новое. Интерьер минималистичен, но все удобное и красивое. Из окна вид на красивое здание рынка. Расположение центральное, идеально пешком до всех достопримечательностей. До пляжа ехать минут 30 автобусом.
Открытие дверей интернет ключом, но есть и обычные ключи.

de schoonmaak in de badkamer had wel beter gekund. Er waren echt te weinig spullen in de keuken aanwezig, helaas geen theedoek of wijnglazen enzo.

The location is excellent although in the old city anywhere is an excellent location. The view of the market was wonderful. The air conditioning worked well. The windows could be opened and were double glazed to keep out noise and heat. Sound proofing is good. The concierge of the building, nothing to do with Goerlich, was very friendly and welcoming even though she couldn't help us in getting access to the apartment when we arrived. Once we managed to get through to the hosts, they were very helpful in guiding us through how to enter the building and the apartment. Luckily my partner speaks excellent Spanish! It was useful to have a laundry room with washing soap etc.
Despite communicating with the hosts a few times before we left London, and having paid the full amount, they would not send us the entry code until just before check-in time, and not to the number we had given them. All communication was done through WhatsApp presuming internet access on the streets of Valencia while we struggled to gain entry. Texting would be better. We met another couple in similar straits. The flat is functional but somewhat uncomfortable. The bed was ok but you felt every move. The sofa bed has seen better days and kept flipping up once opened! The kitchen utensils are basic, poor quality. The dining area had 4 bar stools although only two people could sit at the bar. Luckily eating out is a pleasure in Valencia.

Lage sehr zentral. Man erreicht das Stadtzentrum in paar Minuten zu Fuß.
Es wird keine Reinigung durchgeführt. Eine Reining zumindest alle 2 Tage wäre sinnvoll, gerade bei längeren Aufenthalten und bei dem hohen Preis.
Das Bett war nicht sehr bequem.

Location and furnishings. Security and welcome was also excellent.
Please provide more coffee pods and toiletries including toilet paper. These are minimal cost and really add to the hospitality.

Locatie was prima in het historisch centrum, makkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer Appartament was ruim en schoon. Douche was warm en krachtig.
Het verkrijgen van de sleutel was problematisch. Als er niet toevallig iemand anders was binnengekomen die de deur had geopend konden we niet binnen. Kreeg ook geen reactie op mijn telefoontje toen we voor assistentie vroegen. Ook de kille manier van communiceren via standaard emails was niet prettig omdat ik gewoon antwoord wilde op mijn vraag. Er was een dubbel bed met 1 dekbed. Ik had in de online aanvraag aangegeven dat dubbelbed geen probleem was zolang we maar 2 dekbedden hadden omdat wij geen stel zijn. Bij aankomst was er echter maar 1 dekbed (met hoes) Ik heb gevraagd om een extra hoes voor het reserve dekbed maar kreeg steevast een standaard antwoord en uiteindelijk ook geen extra hoes. Serviesgoed is minimaal en geen internationale TV zenders vonden wij jammer

Ottima posizione in centro città, comodo per visitare il centro storico. Il Mercato difronte è un ottima alternativa alla colazione. Sotto l'appartamento c'è una fermata dell'autobus, ma per girare in centro città non serve, per raggiungere le attrazioni, come la Città selle Scienze, abbiamo usato il taxi, anche in quel caso la posizione è favorevole-
Da migliorare il sistema di accesso, ho dovuto chiamare comunque per ricevere indicazioni, poi all'interno sono stato felice di trovare le chiavi e di non dover ripetere le operazioni di accesso. Era tutto pulito, ma se spostavi un pò le cose.. I cuscini sono molto duri , sarebbe stato bello avere un'alternativa.

Don't judge a book by its cover. From the outside, I wondered if we were at the right place. Upon entering, it felt like another world. Beautifully finished and really tastefully decorated! Perfect location made for easy walking to some wonderful sites and restaurants. Really wonderful little unit
The check in was a little bit challenging, especially if you haven't used a system like that before, read instructions carefully!

Amazing location which was very central. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The room also had a great view of the Mercat Central de València.
Check-in was very confusing and a bit stressful therefore not a great start to our holiday. We were meant to receive an email to complete for check in ahead of our stay however this hadn’t happened and consequently had use mobile data or use a cafes WiFi to complete the form. There was no reception and all communication is over WhatsApp which feels a little odd and means that response times could take a while. The room had a kettle and a coffee machine but no tea bags or coffee pods which was disappointing for a room that wasn’t cheap. There was also no iron or ironing board in the room. When we asked via WhatsApp if there was one available it took until the following morning, once we’d already checked out, to let us know there was in fact a laundry room. It would have been useful if this was made more clear either at check in or information in the room as this would have improved our stay. Finally, although the room has a hair dryer it is of poor quality and would work for only about 2 minutes before over heating and not switching back on again until half an hour or so later once it had cooled down. Again considering the price of the room I would expect a proper and functional hairdryer.
