Buena con detalles negativos
El pwersonal fué muy amable, el restaurante muy sabroso todo y la decoración muy linda
La alfombra estaba sucia, la caja fuerte no servía y no la pudieron componer. El drenaje del lavabo apestaba a caño y no lo solucionaron. Creo que la alberca no tenía caldera pero no estoy segura. Nos recomendaron las habitaciones en la parte más alta del hotel porque supuestamente era más silenciosa pero el ruido era igual en todos lados y en nuestras habitaciones había una vista fea.

Nos dieron upgrade de habitación. A Jr. Suite.🥰 y me encantó cada detalle del lugar. Todo muy limpio, muy cuidado.

BONITO PERO NADA FUNCIONAL.
La habitación es amplia y bonita.
Realmente no tiene estacionamiento mas que con valet parking, el agua de la regadera no funciona bien (o te quemas o te congelas, porque evidentemente tienen un tema mal de presiones y/o boiles). Y las habitaciones están frente al restaurante por lo que es SUMAMENTE ruidoso y no puedes abrir las ventanas, ya que hay gente comiendo a 5 metros de ti. Si esperas descansar y bañarte cómodamente, este lugar NO es para ti...

Nice place with a few inconveniences.
1. The attitude of the "security" personnel. He acted like a sheriff of the old west whit a stranger in town. Mean, arrogant, and full of himself with not even one pint of courtesy. He pretended to interrogate me and give me instructions like he owned the town. 2. They promised to send an invoice to justify my expenses with my company. So far, I have not received it despite their promise that they will send it. 3. The front desk personnel were genuinely nice but poorly trained to attend to the needs of their clients.

We really enjoyed the hotel, its staff, and the peaceful atmosphere. It was a lovely oasis.
The restaurant food and staff were excellent. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly.
The location, although beautiful, was far enough from the City Center to require a lot of taxi rides to see attractions.
