The studio was perfect for my son and I moving my other son into college. It was comfortable and ideal for using the train into Portland and our car for other trips - also right by a bike path. It was a practical, affordable option. Hope to stay again!

Good experience. The filter needed to be clean on the AC unit. I did that and the smell that was linger in the place, went away. Very close to happy valley and lake Oswego. The two place we traveled between. Thank you for hassle free stay.

Pros
1. Location to Portland airport and national parks for hiking within 30 minute drive and several wineries
2. Apt size and bed perfect for 2 people and 1 child due to trundle sofa bed
3. Clear instructions check in and checkout
4. Mattress was firm and perfect
5. Parking perfect for one car
Cons
1. Two sets of stairs to apt. And in the dark the motion light did not always come on to be able to see the smart lock on the door
2. Kitchen is not fully stocked. We got in at 1 am and didn’t have time to stop at the store for creamer. Would have been nice to have some travel size creamers available in the apt for the morning coffee. There was coffee. There is a spice rack and salt and pepper.
3. Inside kitchen cabinets could be cleaner and better organized
4. There was not any extra bedding or blankets.
5. Noise can be heard from the upstairs guests and the road that is behind the apt and next door neighbors talking outside
6. Each night we came home to the smell of cigarette smoke in the apt from our neighbors smoking
7. The service fee was almost the same as the total price of each nights stay. That’s ridiculous considering we didn’t have pets and there was a lack of amenities in the apt for paying that much in service fee.

Super clean, great mattress!
This place was close in and is really close to 99e and the MAX station however I really couldn’t hear either over the 11 days I was there.
Well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. No dishwasher but I was solo so not a lot of dishes to do anyways.
Didn’t have any issues, team responded immediately to inquiries and were able to extend me one day without drama.

We stayed during Labor Day weekend. The place was nice and comfortable but you can hear the noise of the neighbors upstairs. There is was also a small door in the bathroom which was not locked. It looked like space underneath the house and was covered in tarp. It was a little unsettling going to sleep knowing that the door was unlocked. Overall, it was a good stay. Love the big TV. It was nice to relax after the day and watch TV in bed.

Great Stay!
I highly recommend Milwaukie Heights South Studio #4 as a place to stay if you are travelling to Oregon! The studio is in great shape, very clean and contains all added appliances that you may need, i.e. washer/dryer, coffee maker, etc.
The team that oversaw this rental are great! They were very communicative as our reservation was approaching as well as throughout our stay. We will definitely be using them again on our next trip there!

This was our second time staying at this property
New neighbors upstairs were very noisy our last night. Kids running across the floors screaming and yelling after 10 pm. Lots of adult voices and a lot of furniture moving and banging . No insulation between floors and can hear a pin drop. Noise lasted until 2 AM after multiple phone calls and texts to property management without much success. Bring your ear plugs if you want to sleep. Tram and traffic is noisy, but nothing compared to disrespectful renters. Won't be returning to this property location.

Lovely place to stay!
We were in town visiting friends, and this property was just perfect! It was so nice to have this unit as a lovely retreat to get some downtime and just relax :) The unit was super clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a great weekend. Also worth noting this property was located a very short walk from a street car station which is very handy!

Was very hot in portland and no AC this unit. Owners were nice and responsive to our requests. Could use a few more light bulbs and bathroom rugs..

Portland Oregon Studio
Convenient, very clean. However, the back faces the local MAX light rail station and Portland highway 99E which are both extremely noisy. The highway is noisy at all hours. There are several steps to the lower level.

Clean, new lower-level studio
Very clean, well-appointed studio apartment on the lower level of a condo (separate entrance). Comfortable bed. Lots of light. Easy to get to from Sellwood. Minor negatives for amenities — no space for hanging clothes and outlets are quite inconvenient for the bedside. Only significant issue — ceiling soundproofing for the main floor is poor with even a normal level of enthusiasm from the group upstairs coming through significantly. The group upstairs over Memorial Day weekend was up until 3am two nights and the sleeping was more difficult because of it.

Very lovey little spot to stay
This place had a really comfy bed, which is important to me and my partner since we’re spoiled. Also, the fireplace really gave the space a cozy feel and the location is soooo close to Portland it was practically a one shot process to get to the city and great hiking areas. Highly recommend it.

Reliable Stay
This is the third time I have stayed at this property, sometimes upstairs and now both downstairs properties. I love the cleanliness and modern style of this property. You have all the necessities you need. I come for work monthly, and this is my go to property. Only one negative issue, and that is the parking is always an issue. Listing says on street parking, but literally every home on the street has signs that do not allow on street parking in front of their property. This trip the homeowner next door actually walked up to my car window to tell me I was illegally parking in front of his property and recommended I park at the transit station! Hauling my luggage from a block away is just a NO for me! If the parking issue can be sorted out this property would be perfect!

Pleasant and comfortable
A nice place to lodge, spacious yet compact, it was described as a one bedroom. But it would best be described as a studio. Overall well taken care of, but there were a few things that were slightly off. The coffee maker had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Also, although the instructions for the dryer were to empty the lint filter after each use, I finally figured out how to remove it (there were no instructions) I found it completely filled and compacted with lint including the areas for inflow and outflow. Also whenever one needed to use the hot water it would have to run for multiple minutes if you used the kitchen or bathroom sink. But these are relatively minor things. The more serious issue was that we were instructed to not use the driveways because they are for the other tenants to park in and to park on the street. Unfortunately there was no clear place to park and this required searching up and down the avenue avoiding all the private drives that said No Parking Private Drive’ and sometimes parking way down the street. This was very inconvenient, especially when managing luggage. Regardless of these issues I most likely stay there again.
