The host is very nice and the unit is ok.

Toaster in the kitchen, bathroom mirror light and accessible location.

The lower bed on the bunk is too low.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in that unit. Thanks to the host!

It's nice and modern unit, got what we need and a fantastic view of the city of Makati and the river.

The floor was just sticky but everything else is tidy.

After a long and busy day, we always looked forward to returning to our comfortable suite.

Very friendly and helpful property manager. The place was well located, the view was beautiful and the accommodation was comfortable.

Our first meal at the on-site restaurant was very good but the meals we had afterwards were not that great, they were often out of things on their menu and service was very very slow.

Great quite place to stay with kids and family

I liked everything but we had a bit of an issue with the pool. the first time we went to go swimming they wanted to charge us an extra 220 peso per person, after a few negotiations the owner decided to pay for us 4 to swim. then every time we needed to go swimming we had to contact the care taker and she had to contact the owner to pay for us to swim. we booked through Booking .com and they highly promoted the swimming pool and nothing about having to pay an extra 220Peso $6.00 per head @24.00 for my family every day I refused to pay, we could not use the pool on the weekend I accepted that as it was made quite clear to me the Pool and Gym was reserved for the owners on the weekends.

The pool arrangements, everything else was great the guards, the staff, and the amenities were great, very friendly place to stay with the family. close to everything all the malls close.

very disappointed won’t go back!!

air conditioning worked well and the big bed was comfy. The cook top worked well. The pool which is shared with other towers was good and clean.

1. There was the smell of mildew and damp under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom too. 2. The sofa cushions where smelly from body odour 3. The bidet hand held extension leaks and if you don’t turn it off all the time at the tap you have free standing water on the bathroom floor. 4.None of the of the power outlets in the maim bedroom work. 5. The listing of the accommodation states that there are 3 single beds in the second bedroom that is some what misleading because it’s actually a bunk bed !!!!! This made it uncomfortable for the other adults in our booking thinking it was two singles. 6.towels and bedsheets needed to be washed. 7. there was only 3 mugs for 4 people 8. check the accessibility to the pool with the front desk because we had a booked the accommodation for 4 adults and 1 child and were told only 2 adults and 1 child permitted to use the pool.

Superb

We are regular travelers and would rate Makati CBD Resort as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed in Manila. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, the view of Makati at night was amazing! My family especially loved the amenities including the 4 pools. The resort was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. There are 2 convenience stores and cafes/bar which was handy, and a short walk to dozens of restaurants. Thank you DJ and Gene

The place is good but have limited access for facility for guest

I like most the Basketball court, pool and gym are available but not accessible for guest

No parking available for guest you have to pay 550 php per day not advisable for guest having private vehicle

Kitchen facilities complete, we're able to make our own food

not as expected, advertised facilities like swimming pool not available for use. Manager of property instead of giving solution will argue.
