موظف الاستقبال الراحة والهدوء مساحة الغرف توفر اغلب المستلزمات توفر الخدمات في محيط الفندق

بعده قليلا عن الحرم قد لا يتوفر مواقف أمام الفندق صعوبة إغلاق بعض الابواب، تحتاج للصيانة الدش في دورات المياه (اكرمكم الله) يحتاج للصيانة. التكييف في غرفة النوم ذات السرير المزدوج مزعج.

The owner must spend money to take care of his property

Location and size

Condition of furniture is very bad a lot of stuff broken and in very bad condition. The cleaning staff are not trained and doesn’t know anything about cleaning. The apartment needs a lot of maintenance and professional cleaning. The do not clean anything during your stay at all.

The rooms were very spaceuse. Restaurants and local shops just at the building basement. Great location.

Reception was close and not ready for check-in so had to wait half an hour for someone to come. Can happen under ramadan. This is funny... In all the four hotels I stayed in Saudi, none did accept credit cards. Call it a unic coincidence that they all took the rest of my payment with an excuse that they had no coins to return and then forget.

Two separate bedrooms

Stained sofas, no name board on the building, no front desk or reception. You have to call the number given on their address after which a person comes to give you the room keys. There was no one available in person or on phone at the time of checkout.

Okay apartment, a bit far from Haram

Big spacious rooms, kitchenette and quiet place

Cleanliness an issue and had to ask for everything from toiletries, towels, etc. No water bottles and dirty sofas in living area

Location is very good 10 min to haram by car

The furniture needs to clean specially sofa-bed, no soap, shower gel and shampoo you need to buy from outside

great would definitely recommend to families especially if you have your own transportation

apartment is huge and has all the necessities , the staff was super helpful and friendly, i forgot the brothers name but masyaallah thank you for helping me and my family

maybe abit far from masjid nabawi but plenty of taxis around
