It was basic but comfortable and had most things we needed... just has so much more potential.
When we first got there, there was a strong smell of cleaning products and fry up/eggs! It was not pleasant.
The photos we saw when booking were of much more up to date properties compared to the one we had which was disappointing.
There was no towel holder or toilet roll holder in bathroom. There was no hand soap in bathroom or kitchen.
There was 1.5 toilet roll for a week for a family of 4!!
No door stops on the bedroom doors.
Parking was sometimes difficult but mainly due to inconsiderate parking by others taking up two spaces.
The WiFi was pointless really, didn't work.
We woke up to find ants in the bungalow one morning.
Not sure why we were booked to go via Red Funnel over in Cowes when the Wight Link comes into Yarmouth which is so close by. Also we got charged to go across the floating bridge on the way back to Cowes and assume there's no other way to get there.

it was cosy and had everything we needed.
The ants and shower

The location was an excellent base for exploring the west side of the island. The cottage we stayed in was clean and comfortable. It was easy to park nearby. There were plenty of restaurants within a short driving distance.
I thought that nearly £700 was quite expensive for a small cottage of two rooms and a bathroom.

Good location
Very out dated and a little run down (cupboards off hinges, doors hard to open/shut etc.

The place is amizing, we loved it. Most importantrly the staffs are very helpful and they have the best manager "Toni" who helped us in many ways while we were there and made our stay much more pleasent and enjoyable. The site is very clean and many things to explore. Kids also loved the playing ground. In one word, great place for holiday.
Below points are just to get 10 on 10 and not a big deal. We were stragling a bit with the number of plates and glasses but didn't wanted to bother Toni for that. But having a few more plates and glasses would be a good addition. Also, in the booking I believe Dishwasher was mentioned but that was missing but not a big deal as we loved the stay.

Properties were perfect for our requirements.
The staff was so helpful when I had to extend our stays or make a last minute booking of an additional cottage.
Would recommend and if we needed to be on the Isle again would look to re-book

Great house with great furnishings and equipment etc.
Very early check out time which was a little frustrating.

The property was clean and had all the equipment you need for a stay. It was in a great location for discovering the Island by car. The showers were hot and powerful.
My husband is 6’3”, the bed was a standard double with a footboard so it was too short and he couldn’t hang his feet off the end. It was not a great sleep for him (and therefore me) it’s a shame as the room was plenty big enough to take a larger bed.

We loved the high spec of the property and the attention and responsiveness of the owners, they were fantastic. So lovely being managed by lovely people.
Nothing negative. It was a great stay!

Location and self catering facilities. The staff were helpful and friendly whenever they were contacted.
May be I was expecting a little too much. Thought shower gel and hand soap might be provided. But there were none. A thin towel bath mat was provided, it was thinner than a bath towel. Only 2 bath towels were given, no hands towel. We had to use our own bin liners, fortunately I brought these along . The long cushion cover on the bed had an ugly stain , I wondered whether the cover had not been changed . The built-in wardrobe in the bedroom was occupied by cleaning gadgets such as floor sweeper and buckets so that We had only one wardrobe space for hanging clothes.

Location was good
Washing machine/laundry facility would have been a plus
7.0
Clean, spacious accommodation and peaceful location
The accommodation was self-catering however despite a number of raised concerns about the brocken fridge these were never addressed.
The temperature in the fridge was not in line with food safety regulations and as a family we had no option but increase our spending budget to eat out rather than cook on site. The complaint was raised with site management but to this day no reply or compensation was provided.

The cottage was located close to all tourist attractions and beaches. As we were self catering, there were shops and restaurants nearby which was handy. The property was spacious and an extra toilet was a bonus.
Parking near the property was difficult at times.
7.0
Location good, short pleasant walk into Yarmouth. site well kept. Tennis courts and children’s playground. Children could play out together safely in area in front of properties.
Pool closed. Coffee van only seemed to open late afternoon??!!
