You name it, this 5,000 square foot, Colonial-style compound with 8 bedrooms for sixteen guests has it. Flooded with natural light from the large windows, the oversized living rooms have smart TVs and the upstairs living room includes a wet bar. Want to maintain your summer bod? A new mirrored gym equipped with treadmills, elliptical, kettlebells, yoga mats and more will keep guests fit in between cookouts. Its game on in the lower level, which boasts a ping-pong table, foosball, air hockey, and arcade room with classic arcade games. Kick back and get a tan on the massive deck, which has plenty of seating, or put on your bathing suit and jump into the large heated pool or the homes new seven-person Jacuzzi. For the grill master in the house is a barbecue outside, too.
This home has more than you can ask for, but if you want to paint the town red, head to the nearby Southampton Village to enjoy its shops, boutiques, and restaurants.

Payment/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the property listing, all payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners'). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.

The house was very clean and spacious. We had a grand time for the weekend and enjoyed the pool and grill outside. There were minor inconveniences such as primary bedroom door handle was missing a screw and kept falling off. The pool lights and heating did not work as advertised. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay for a large group, within short driving distance of town. The house is spacious and bright with a great back garden. The house is on a main road with some traffic. We had a great time overall and our kids got plenty to entertain.

My Friends and I had a wonderful stay at this listing. We did have a few minor issues that could be easily resolved. However, the location and house made up for it!

The house was in a good location and overall clean. The host was also very responsive with small questions I had. The basement was a highlight, a lot of space. However, the lights outside didnt work, including the patio and pool lights so it was difficult to hang outside at night. The bedrooms were very hot.

My family and I had a wonderful stay and hope to return. The home is spacious and also cozy, enabling my large family and I to enjoy one another's company comfortably with something to do for everyone (game room for the young and young at heart and reading nooks with a view). The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Our hosts were extremely responsive addressing questions and special requests in a prompt and respectful manner. Thank you!!

Ample bedrooms, all of which were comfortable and clean. Huge kitchen allowed for easy cooking for large group. Game room, gym, and hot tub were great amenities.

The house is nice, spacious, good layout, in good and clean condition and well equipped. The pool area is fantastic. It is fully fenced in which was great having young kids, and there is a separate yard space that is also fenced in. StayMarquis was very responsive to issues that arose. The reason I would not stay here again is due to the location. It is on a VERY busy highway with loud noise of cars and trucks driving at all times that is audible in the house and truly loud when you are outside. Being on such a busy road also means it's impossible to go for a walk anywhere--you can only drive to get around. In addition, there is an incredibly loud siren that blasts nearby at 5:45 PM every day and sometimes at other times as well. I think it may be a local fire department doing a daily test plus calling volunteer firefighters/EMT in emergencies, but it is extremely loud in the house.

Great Service
We have rented many houses from Airbnb and VRBO, but the service from Stay Marquis is 1000% better. Every request was handled efficiently and promptly, even our requests for minor repairs and more towels. They will be our first choice in the future.
House was great for a large family reunion, and the basement was a phenomenal asset to keep 6 active kids happy and give the adults some breathing space.

WARNING: Do NOT Stay Here or ANY StayMarquis Property
Where to even start. We have been using VRBO for a long time and this was by far the worst experience we have had. StayMarquis was absolutely terrible at managing expectations and any issues that arose. We checked-in on Sunday and the house was a mess. The trash was overflowing in the driveway, the pool and hot tub were gross, there were no cushions on the outdoor furniture (as shown in the pictures), the property did not seem like it was setup at all.
Several issues were discovered the first day: the “brand new” gym had old equipment—a bike was broken and two treadmills didn’t work. The basement floors were sticky and smelt of beer from pervious guests. The basement windows were wide open without screens when we arrived so there were bugs all over. The front door lock mechanism was broken. One of the toilets didn’t flush. One of the tubs in the bathroom didn’t fill so we couldn’t bathe one of the infants. The kitchen was poorly equipped—two of the blenders didn’t even work. The pool light was broken so we couldn’t swim at night the entire trip.
This house is poorly designed for a rental property. There were no blinds on the upper windows in the bedrooms so it was nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The house is 20 feet from the main road so you heard every car and truck passing by. The bathrooms don’t have any fans so they get very humid from taking showers and cause the smoke detectors to go off at random times. There is a small ice machine in the fridge that barely produces ice so we had to purchase ice from the store every single day. The walls and floors of the house are paper thin so you could hear everyone walking around and talking.
The worst part is that when we brought these issues to StayMarquis’ attention, they didn’t care. They made very little effort to fix the issues, they only solved 2 of the over 10 issues brought to their attention. They never followed up with us. They would stop answering our calls altogether. They marked our stay as “cancelled” on their website so we couldn’t leave a review. We made several calls to VRBO, which was great, but they even said StayMarquis was difficult to work with. We didn’t hear from StayMarquis for over a week when we told them our issues were persisting! Do NOT stay here, this is no where near a luxury property and we will never stay in a property managed by StayMarquis again.
