Our stay at Isa’s was amazing. Her home is quiet, well appointed and perfectly located to town and beaches! She was an amazing host, giving us great suggestions for places to eat and visit! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Appartement spacieux ,très propre, lumineux, climatisé,très bien situé,bien équipé,au calme ,et à 2 pas du centre ville Très beau panoramique sur la mer avec une vue imprenable sur la Pietra. 2Terrasses très agréables .parking assuré devant la maison. On recommande vivement !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Isabelle qui assure la conciergerie avec professionnalisme : réactivité et disponibilité au top (notamment pour régler le souci que nous avons eu avec un store bloqué) ! Les 2 terrasses avec vue mer sont vraiment très appréciables, tout comme la vue du salon. Ce logement avec ses 2 salles de bain est adapté pour les 2 couples que nous étions. En revanche elles sont vieillottes et il est préférable de ne pas les utiliser en même temps si on veut pouvoir maîtriser la température ... elles ne sont pas au niveau du reste de l'appartement décoré avec goût. Au final séjour très agréable mais tarif un peu élevé pour la prestation tant que les SdB ne seront pas refaites.

Die schöne Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Zu Fuss sind der Bahnhof in 5 Minuten und die Innenstadt von L'ile rousse in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr angenehm und freundlich.

What a wonderful stay we had!

It is hard for me to imagine a more positive experience than the one we had in late September: --Valérie and her on-site team (Marjory and Thibaut) were always available and always helpful; --the house is located in a gorgeous spot with a view that is always interesting. We spent a.lot.of.time at the table on the terrace for coffee, meals, wine and lots of talk. --the layout of the house was ideal for us (2 couples): two bedrooms and bathrooms, nice living and dining room, great outdoor spaces for our 9 days of sunshine. --perfect relation to the village, not too close and not too far. We didn't have a car so appreciated the easy walk to stores of all kinds, starting with food and supplies. --great swimming beach at the end of the road where we swam and sat around every afternoon. --we hated to leave. Minor suggestions: 1) include in the helpful booklet a map of the village showing the location of the market, the epicerie and the supermarket; 2) consider adding a small strong box for passports, etc.

Nicely located property, with some concerns

We stayed at this property for 1 week in August 2018. The property is well-located in Ile-Rousse, as it's a short walk to the beach and the town, while remaining just outside of town in a quiet location. There's a parking space which we used, and the train station to reach Calvi and other locations is just round the corner. The property itself is good, although for the price we paid we felt it wasn't to the standard we would have expected, hence 3 stars. We paid 60 Euro for cleaning, yet the property wasn't all that clean, with a dirty floor (which we ended up cleaning ourselves), and some dirt in the kitchen. The upper balcony wasn't clean, with bird droppings all over the hammock. There were a few maintenance issues, which should be easily resolved: 1 - The wifi/internet was not working for the duration of the stay. The property was advertised as having wifi. 2 - The air-conditioning only intermittently worked. I suspect the remote needs new batteries. There is only an air-conditioning unit in the living area, and not the bedrooms which were very hot during the night. 3 - The RCD lighting circuit kept tripping. This became progressively worse so that we couldn't keep the lights on, and ended up washing in the dark. There are some mains-powered lamps, but not in the bathrooms. Despite those issues, we did enjoy our stay at the property, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, and particularly enjoyed sitting out on the lower balcony for our evening meals with a view over the sea. The location was convenient, it was very easy to get out to all the places we wanted to visit. The property manager was friendly and responsive.

Emplacement exceptionnel au fond de l’impasse de la résidence des îles . Calme absolu avec une vue mer imprenable. À 5 minutes à pied du centre villle. Début du sentier du littoral aux portes de la maison... Contact très facile avec Valérie et accueil très sympathique de Marie-Claire. Difficile de trouver un point négatif à cette location. Bref ... un vrai bonheur...

Séjour 2 personnes du 10 au 17 septembre 2017. Idéalement placé, face à la mer, dans un quartier très calme et à 10 minutes à pieds du centre. Avec son accès extérieur et ses 2 terrasses, on a sent vraiment dans une villa plus que dans un appartement . Propre et très bien équipé, le logement est spacieux et clair. Pas de place de parking attitrée mais il est très facile de se garer devant la maison. Nous conseillons vivement cet endroit qui nous a beaucoup plu.....

Appartement très spacieux qui correspond parfaitement au descriptif de l'annonce, face à la mer, dans une rue calme à l'extrémité d'une voie sans issue ! Nombreuses balades à pieds sont possibles, tout comme l'accès au centre ville.

Super location !!

La location est très propre rien à dire. Les propriétaires nous ont donné de très bons conseils de visites et de randonnées ! Je recommanderai cet appartement à la vue incroyable ! La plage et la mer sont justes à côté, ainsi que les commerces, restaurants, bars et de nombreuses locations (bateau et jet ski) : tout se fait en effet à pied. Hâte d'y retourner !
