The beds were Comfortable. The sheets were clean. Property is quiet. The food was tasty and simple. But the combinations were a miss. The staff are well intentioned and always smiling. They work hard but are overwhelmed if there are too many guests.
The property:
It's a gated community with a functioning club house. Each type of stay is in its own site. They are not close to each other not are they close to the club house.
The food:
The set menu is a combination of veg/non/ Italian/Indian and Chinese cuisine. We were served pasta and noodles and roti curry with Chinese starters . There's no choosing the dishes. It's one dish from here as another from there. There was no gravy for the noodles, there was no Red or white sauce for the pasta. The food is served in casseroles which are warm at best by the time it reaches your property . The rotis invariably become cold and there is no way to heat it up at the stay.
The rooms: (the tree house)
They are set on a flight of dark unlit stairs. Reaching the top for older folk is a huge task and a bit scary.
The rooms sway in the breeze which is very unnerving.
They are made completely of wood and the roof is made of a canopy is canvas.
Squirrels/mice scurry merrily between the panels. Making squeeky sounds through the day.
One room had a dead rat smell emanating from somewhere. All the staff did was spray room freshener to kill the smell.. Which only made it worse. They couldn't access the dead animal as it was between the wood panels somewhere.
The bath area is also wood . But the shower area has a large tin tray in which needs to bathe. Any excess water found it's way into the room and that added the smell of wet wood to the room.
There are no hooks or shelves for your clothes.
No extra pillows for the extra bed. But they kept giving us extra cushions.
The club house / activity centre
The club house was 300mtrs walk from the room. On paved unlit roads. Walking back to rooms on unlit roads was a daunting task.
The activity centre is a unkempt tt table with worn out bats and dusty room which also had carrom and chess tables.
The area is Full off mosquitoes in the evening making it very difficult to sit and enjoy the weather.

The location is awesome. Though limited menu, taste was awesome.
Nothing much to say

Friendly staff, beautiful and peaceful location
The price, cleanliness of the bed covers, water pressure in the toilet, the comfort of the beds, the vagaries of the power supply.

The pool and the openness
The food wasn’t too good. We ended up having a bad stomach because of lunch.

Nothing. waste of money
the food here is so bad. The location is so bad. it is inside a gated community but so deserted that it's actually spooky in the night! there's not a soul nearby and no option for food except to order with them. they serve it in the room and it's almost not even edible. They send you a fancy fixed menu but seems like the chef does not know to make north Indian or Chinese food, then don't put it on it menu! we stayed at "luxury treehouse" after reading good reviews, but it wasn't luxury at all. It was just bare minimum in terms of cleanliness and facilities. they did not even do a thorough check before handing over the room because the kettle was having already prepared tea with fungus in it and I had to ask them for a new one. the rug in the room was torn. They have stained cloth on the ceiling and the view is just okay. not worth the price one bit, don't recommend staying here. there is also nothing to do because their clubhouse is not maintained well, the games room was dusty like no one visits there. in the night there is nobody to even help out and it's situated too far from main road you have to go through bad roads to get here from blr.
