My husband and I loved our stay at this home! It's located on the river and has a great sunset view over the river! It's a 5 min drive to most points of interest in town. You can also walk to a lot of places easily! The bed was pretty comfortable and the water pressure was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Sympathetically renovated, keeping the original feel of the beautiful 1930's. Lovely view, comfy beds with sweet-smelling linens, fluffy towels! And beautiful Natchez - words are hard to find for such a beautiful town and fantastic citizens.

This home is one of our favorites to stay in while we are visiting. It is so charming and cozy, located in a quiet neighborhood, and is right on the bluff not too far from town. We love it here!

Enchanting house with an amazing view of the Mississippi River. It is a bluff-top jewel in a lovely neighborhood in Natchez. We enjoyed our stay at this beautifully renovated and immaculately clean cottage and hope to go back one day. A perfect retreat. Loved it!

We loved the house and it’s location. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Natchez. We stayed for two weeks and liked the house and area so much we have already booked four weeks for next year.

My husband and I stayed at this cute little cottage and the location cannot be beat. It sits on a bluff with a magnificent view of the Mississippi River. It is also on a dead-end street with only two other houses, so there is no traffic. A walkway in front of the house takes you all the way to some of the downtown activities.
The owner is very helpful and easy to work with-we had a problem with our check out date (totally my fault) and he was very cordial when we ended up delaying his cleaning lady by an hour. This is a great place to stay when visiting Natchez

My brother and I made a weekend trip to Natchez to visit the Natchez City Cemetery. Our parents are buried there, and this was our first trip back since our Dad passed away in March 2022. Our parents were also the last occupants of this property, and we absolutely love what has been done to improve it. Jay, the host, was amazing and always responded timely to any questions or comments. The location is so close to downtown and restaurants. There was a Merry Market at the Convention Center while we were there, and the Christmas Parade! We will be back!!

Great location on a high bluff overlooking the Mississippi River. The sunsets over the river were spectacular to look at in the evening either from the windows or from the bench out front.
The house is located just minutes from downtown Natchez in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to downtown.
The inside of the house was comfortable. The kitchen was new and well stocked with appliances, coffee, etc. The living room furniture was comfortable to relax on while watching those sunsets or just watching TV.
The property manager could not have been nicer or more helpful.
It was an all around good experience. I highly recommend this property.

Lovely home and very easy to find. Was so quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting in the sunroom and listening to the birds chirping. Alot of people would walk for exercise during the morning or evening, so it showed that it was a safe area. I would stay here again.

Mississippi View and comfy cottage
Great location overlooking the great Mississippi. Comfy beds, and living room/sitting room furniture. We used the cute sitting room daily when it was too cold to go outside. Kitchen adequate with the necessities. Not a cooks kitchen as far as lighting goes. No cutting board- thankfully we brought our own. Enough pots and pans to do what we needed. Enough glasses and silverware/utensils to get by for our 5 night 4 day stay.
Opportunities for improvements: the windows are old and dirty on the outside. We could not see the views of the Mississippi very well. One window in the kitchen didn't close all the way- leaving a gap for the cold air to come in.
Overall I would recommend this place for a visit to the area. Walkable to downtown and easy to work with manager. (not the owner)

Mother Daughters trip
My mom has never gone on a vacation trip in her life, and she is
80 yrs old. I decided to plan a weekend for my sisters and i to take her to Natchez for the Christmas lights and tour plantation housed which i new she would enjoy.
We absolutely loved and enjoyed our cottage. It was every way comfortable, convenient for what we intended on our trip. We were in walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We just can't say enough about the cottage. we were very satisfied and intend to book several more stays. Jay is great, made sure and checked on us to make sure check in was ok and when we checked out asked if we enjoyed or stay. if you are looking to stay in Natchez for any reason this is the place to be.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this house. The LOCATION was PERFECT! We loved loved loved the view. Close and convenient to everything. The sunporch was a delight! The kitchen was great. We will definitely be back!! Natchez is an awesome city. Great places to eat and things to do. PLUS TWO MOVIES WERE BEING FILMED WHILE WE WERE THERE! So much fun to watch!

The cottage was perfect except it was a little cold. It would have been nice to have a space heater.
The cottage was cosy and just right for four older ladies. It was located near many of the sites we wanted to visit and we enjoyed the view of the river. I would recommend it to others.

Best long weekend I have ever had!!!!
My husband and I finally had time to take a long weekend/ honeymoon after being married for almost 4 years. We live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and wanted somewhere close that we didn't have to spend a whole day driving, Natchez seemed to be the best option. After reading the previous reviews, we choose the river house and let me just tell you, it was the best decision ever!!! Although getting to the house seemed a bit sketchy, once we arrived we were blown away by how clean, welcoming, and well put together the house was. The thoughtfulness of a sweet note and a small jar of honey made my day. The house is located at the end of the river walk overlooking the Mississippi river and very centrally located to the downtown area of historical Natchez and any dining place you would like to eat. The décor and arrangement of the house was fabulously cozy and well stocked with linens and a full kitchen with everything you could need. The house is located at the end of a street so there is little traffic or noise. We loved everything about our stay, we will be staying here again!!! I give this house a 15 out of 10... It was amazing and know whoever stays next will love it just as much as we did!!!!

Cute little cottage right on the river.
My husband and I stayed for a little weekend getaway, and I would rent this house again! It was very clean and tidy. You can tell its an old house and it has a history but the renovation are not out dated. The sun room was our favorite spot! If you are thinking of staying in natchez this is the place to stay! Its a short walk or bike ride to everything down town. Also the contact person was so nice and pleasant to deal with!

Motorcycle Friendly!
My husband and I met my brother and his girlfriend here on our motorcycles for a weekend staycation. We rode the Natchez Trace one day, the cottage is not far from it! The cottage as a whole is very well put together and very cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The general consensus was that the beds were ridiculously comfortable! 10/10 would reccomend for your trip to Natchez. Bonus points, the property is motorcycle friendly! :)

Truly Charming <3
We loved this house! The interior is tastefully and modernly decorated, with local touches throughout, however it still retains all of the quaint and cozy features of an older home. The Christmas tree and decorations were extra special, giving the home a magical glow that er enjoyed all weekend. The river views were great and the proximity allowed us to walk everywhere and get a real feel of the town that you can't get in a car. The owners also accommodated my last minute, two night stay. Would definitely recommend this house.
