It was a good short stay, so many grabfood nearby, the house is fully air condition so sejuk 🥶

Comfortable and Clean

The beds are comfortable and clean. The neat interior. The airconds works perfectly. My brother had a hard time to wake up coz it so comfortable. The rooms smells good.

Most of the issues comes from the third room. Which is the single room. There is no aircond but do have fan. Which is not a big issue since it is a small room. There is also no powerpoint inside room. We need to charge the phone outside. Which is quite a bummer. There also a leaking on outside bathroom. The water fell from the upper unit bathroom on my mum when she using it.

Convenient location, accessible to multiple places. Easy to check-in and general vibe of the apartment is coay.

Even with the cosy vibe, it cannot be denied that the place looks a bit poorly maintained, which is apparent with the cabinets and built in furnitures. The walls with next door unit is also quite thin as we can hear loud noises coming from next door easily.

Location is good, parking is good and secure.

Cleanliness. While we check in, still have trash/garbage in the dustbin. Also lot of tiny cockroaches crawling. Fridge not cooling enough and got stinky towel.

minimalistic design of the unit provide easy care and handling throughout our stay

Minimalistic features provide more space to hang around the living room with our prominent family members. this feature also provides easy care and cleaning for us. This flat also is super near to the swimming center and Batu Burok Beach. Finding good food is not tough at all.

I wish there were a water dispenser and washing machine available. that could be a super added point to choose Teduh next time.

ghost house next to grave yard

its nice until u see grave yard next to u , ur view is grave yard . reminds people of death and annabelle

the door keep krek krekk all night long , when i check it sound like came from the neighbour upstairs . but when i go back to sleep the sounds seems like this house kitchen door 😂😂 and it keep on going until 5am . the ghost really have no other job to do

Basically the interior room is nice..and well designed and decorated.

There are two things : One thing that i dislike is the security compliance. We have to leave our driving license to get the visitor pass So if you going out and need to bring along your license, you will need to surrender your visitor pass to get license Then when you want to go in, you have to give back the driving license to have visitor pass.. Imagine doing this for few times as i am always go out The other things is the lift Sometimes the lift is broken down..and cannot move up stairs and downstairs..
