Grab your friends and family to spend time at this newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in Lewes! Right across the street from Crooked Hammock and a bike ride away from the beach – you’re minutes away from wherever you want to go!

There are TWO family gathering spaces! The first is an incredible great room with high ceilings, plenty of seating, and a TV. The second space is a family room with a sleeper sofa for some extra guests! The dining room seats 6-10 with a beautifully refinished, locally made table. The kitchen space has plenty of cabinet room and new appliances. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee in the kitchen’s breakfast nook. The second floor has 4 spacious bedrooms: 1 king master suite, 2 queens and two twins in the final bedroom. Lastly, there is a full service laundry room to use during your stay with plenty of space, ironing board and iron.

This location boasts a large backyard and sideyard as well as plenty of parking (approximately 5 spaces). This is the perfect spot for a bachelorette party or a large multi-family gathering!

The price of the rental, the communication with the owner and the check-in process were all great. There were several issues/problems with our experience. - It is on a main hwy, so a lot of traffic, morning and NIGHT. I'm not from the area and didn't realize this. - The kitchen was full of fruit flies, not something I want or should have to deal with on a vacation. We mitigated the problem within 3 days with glasses of wine. - The kitchen glass door was extremely hard to open, it had no screen which would have been nice to open and hang out on the porch or opening while cooking. Also, there is a window company right behind the property so they could see in side. - The toaster oven did not work. - The Brita water pitcher had leaks and leaked on the floor and in the fridge. - the upstairs smelled like pee, not sure if it was the carpet but not a great smell. - 2 BDRS had no dressers, so we kept our cloths in our luggage and our children organized there cloths on the floor. - The BDR with 2 twin beds, for kids I assume (my 2 kids took it) it had no curtains or blinds and was facing the street, not good. good thing I brought their blackout curtain - the 2 BTHS had hairballs on the shower curtain and tub - the 2nd BTH drain was clogged, standing water as I showered, yuck. Drano? - the bedroom doors squeaked when I open/closed, hard at night when kids need to go to the BTH I know a lot of these are simple fixes but not something I should deal with on a family vacation.

The house was great! Spacious, clean, great location, had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Staying there made our trip to the beach even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again!

This house has lots of space for the whole family to spread out and relax. It’s a nice location, close to Cape Henlopen State Park. The only thing that would have made it even better would be for there to be a grill and fire pit near the outdoor space.

Great beach house! Easy drive to most things, and perfect size for a larger group of 8ish. Overall accomodations are less than other locations, but the host is very upfront about this and the house is priced appropriately. Lack of curtains in the bedrooms and a very difficult to open back patio door were the only noteable disappointments. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay! Though we were a bit surprised at needing to bring our own linens it wasn't a problem. The house is very spacious and cozy and close the beach and Lewes restaurants.

We attended a family wedding in the area this weekend and this house was exactly what we needed. There were 8 adults and we had tons of space to spread out. Great location to stores and restaurants. We had dinner at the Crooked Hammock across the street and it was perfect. The owner, Katie, responded to my questions within minutes of me sending a message. She was great to work with. We would stay there again.

Chose this rental for annual girls’ weekend. The location was central—easy access to both Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Exceptionally clean with plenty of space. Felt like being at home. Highly recommend!

This was a great location and residence for us to spend our family vacation. The house was nicely located within minutes of the beaches (Henlopen State Park & Rehoboth Beach), shopping centers, and all of the amenity stores (Aldi, Acme, Wawa, Giant, etc). The house was spacious for our family of 5. The rear patio was nice and cool for afternoon/early evening relaxation periods. We arrived early and the owner was kind enough to let us in early. We were able to get questions answered in a timely manner also. All in all this was a great vacation spot and we thank the owner greatly for a fantastic week away.

This was our third year at this property. There are 10 of us plus an infant and there is more than enough space for us at this house. Katie is very friendly and easy to contact. Usually gets back to you fairly quickly if you have any questions or concerns.

A family of eight adults had plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The place was clean and spacious. Beds: 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins, and a pullout sofa bed which we didn’t use. Updated look inside the house. Outside could use some extra care, and patio door to deck does not open. Good communication with property owner who responded quickly when the key code did not initially work. Bring sheets, towels, and blankets. Pillows are plentiful. We had a great 3 night stay. Enjoyed nearby restaurants The Crooked Hammock and the Big Oyster. Cape Henlopen Beach is the best beach and Lewes is always quaint and great to visit shops.

Came to Lewes to visit our nieces who are lifeguarding locally for the summer. Decided it would be a great place to visit, while spending some time w/ our nieces. The area has so much to offer, and the little town of Lewes is so beautiful! Wish the weather could have been better (rainy, windy & cold) during our stay, we would’ve gotten out to see & do more!

This was out third stay at this property. We return because it is spacious, well-kept and so home-y. A short drive to the beach as well as Outlets. Literally less than a minute off Rte 1. Katie is responsive if you have any concerns and we will return again and again.

Location, Location...this was a great house in a terrific location to the sports complex and beaches. The Crooked Hammock was the perfect spot for after a day of lacrosse. The house slept three families with teenagers comfortably. The extra family room was a bonus. We could not find toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags but owner delivered them upon notification. AC was a plus. The only negative is that the house is not outfitted with a Grill, odd for a beach property and beach items for those flying in would be greatly appreciated.

This property was in the perfect location with plenty of parking. It was just minutes from everything in Lewes and Rehoboth. Everything was very clean and they provided sheets, pillows, towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. It was one of the best VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in. I will definitely book this property again!

We have a small group of ladies that get together once a year for a few days of friendship, fun, and laughter! This location provided us with all the comforts of home that a hotel could never provide. The location is perfect. Right off the Rt 1 Highway, it gives you quick access to many shopping locations, restaurants, and even the beach. Our short drive to downtown Rehobeth provided us with lots of cute shopping experiences. Every year we return back to Rehoboth for our time together and this new gem might become a permanent choice in our visits.
