Flawless

The Best Western Ferrat is a Great place to be. Close to the important locations of Avenida Alemania is cozy… friendly and of a great value. The Cherry on the Cake is made by Paula at the reception today. Attentive a Super Customer Oriented. Above and Beyond!

Breakfast has some little room for improvement. The last bell should allow Customers to do a final round without rush…

Excelente experiencia, hotel moderno, hermosas instalaciones, cerca de Mall y Starbucks. Habitacion amplia y comoda. Personal amable y restaurant con carta variada. El detalle de cafe y agua caliente en la habitacion es muy conveniente.

La comodidad de la habitación, cama y ubicación en Temuco.

La recepción por parte del personal, insistieron en preguntar si quería una habitación doble king, para 2 cuando la reserva claramente especificaba eso. Llegamos a las 2:45 AM y no nos dejaron hacer late check out. Había un problema con las tarjetas magnéticas y poco personal para solventar esto había que esperar a que alguien abriera la puerta de cada huésped. El desayuno poco variado, mala y pobre selección de fruta. Quizás sea mejor en temporada baja pero es 100 veces más recomendable el Holiday Inn.

Buena cama, buen baño con toallas con poco uso, excelente desayuno. el internet funciona bien

Faltó un poco de iluminación en la habitación. Tuve una conferencia por zoom y la luz de la habitación no fue suficiente. Solicite una lámpar extra pero no tenían en recepción.

Centrico, tranquilo, cómodo y pet friendly

La limpieza y comodidad de las instalaciones. No fui con mi mascota pero es un lugar pet friendly y eso es buenísimo. La ubicación es excelente, el barrio es tranquilo y a la vez muy céntrico.
