We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Clydey. Our cottage was perfect for us with a toddler and absolutely everything that we needed was provided and ready for us on arrival. The staff were so accommodating and on hand if needed anything but to be honest, we couldn’t have asked for more. They’d thought of absolutely everything and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay with ease. The little touches meant a lot and didn’t go unnoticed. They even put our food shop away for us when it arrived early. Our daughter loved feeding the animals every morning with farmer Mal and the soft play area was great too. Lovely pool area to enjoy as a family and the view from the outdoor hot tub is amazing!
An absolutely gorgeous picturesque resort that’s perfect for families with lots to do in the local area. Plenty of good places to eat out too.
We can’t wait for our next visit!
Nothing! It was perfect!

All of it, everything was amazing, the attention to detail was out of this world. All we needed to bring was food. You had everything and more there, we can't wait to return
There was nothing that we didn't like. You had it all.

we absolutely loved all the facilities for kids and the incredible views. my son adored the huge playroom and seeing the farm animals and the pool area. particularly the jacuzzi that he referred to as the hot spring. the cottage bramble was so comfy and cozy we loved it and my son slept well there. they gave me extra padding for the bed as I’m a weirdo who doesn’t prefer a firm mattress and it was super comfortable. loved it!!
nothing but you will need to bring bathrobe and slippers if you want them

A beautiful cottage in a stunning location. Couldn't have asked for a more tranquil experience. It was like a retreat, and just what we needed from our little getaway. A wonderful bath tub, a wood stove fireplace, even a soft blanket for the sofa!
Not applicable - loved everything.

the set up for families is the best I have ever seen. you could go on holiday there and only leave for food or just cook in the your cottage. Literally the first holiday with kids I have been on that actually feels like a holiday.
checkout by 9 is too early - especially as you have to strip the beds due to covid. I did have a 10am checkout but even that was challenging with 2 kids - recommend pack up night before which i dont think you should spend your last night doing.

Views. Pool and hot tub.
Late booking in, early booking out. 9am is ridiculous and I had to do allot of the cleaners work for them befor departing, therefore it was not relaxing at all. So many unnecessary rules, other cottages we've stayed in have not been like that.

The only thing was no handrail to get into the swimming pool.

The cottages were in a stunning location within 30 minutes drive of local attractions Handy welcome pack on arrival, cottages kept immaculately clean. A nice swim in the pool after a long day walking.

Absolutely amazing place, beutiful cottages in a stunning location. It's not very often somewhere exceeds my expectations but this place truly did. I was there with just my wife for our anniversary, but we will be back very soon with the kids, they will love it too.
