if the owner can send an exactly position map about this flat it will be better,this is a new community,google map lead me to another street,I arrived too late,spent 30minites to find the right gate.there was poor of outside parking lot,they have a private underground parking place,but I found it be occupied by other neighborhood.

The most awful experience!

Booked the property from Dec 16th 2022 for 4 nights. Checked in very late into the night after our flight to Warsaw. The property wasn’t clean, the kitchenette was dirty and most importantly it was cold in the bedroom. The balcony door was improperly serviced with wrong screws by a technician which resulted in the door seal to be wide open and we were cold in the bedroom. The reason why we haven’t left right away is that we thought that we needed to turn on the heater to max to heat up the bedroom, even though we were concerned that the cold air is blowing thru the door panel. At night it became very cold. In the morning, when we suggested our concerns to the owner/manager named Tomek and requested to pay for that night and change the dates to checkout because we were not willing to stay there anymore, he was very rude and unprofessional, stated “it was good before you came” refused to change the dates and told us he’ll send the technician to take a look. We were waiting for the technician cancelling all our plans and finally he showed up 4 hours later and confirmed that the door was improperly serviced, but the manager still refused to change dates and told us to move out if want to without the refund for unused nights. I have contacted Booking Customer Service assistant Magdalina, who were awesome and we managed to get the dates changed and we moved out. On the final note this guy threatened us that he will add us to some “internal black list” and so we won’t be able to rent any property in Warsaw. Absolute gross.

Clean apartment but no parking

The apartment is really clean.

No private parking as advertised. The host just asked us to park at street, and the area was REALLY BUSY WITH NO PARKING all the time.

The location was very difficult to find out. The address showed in the booking.com was entirely different from actual address. And not provided even a shower gel.😖

Good but wish it was better

Very good location for families with children, several closed safe playgrounds. Near a beautiful lake. A new residential complex, everything is clean and well maintained, a lot of greenery. The apartment is bright. The apartment has everything you need for living.

The toaster was very dirty and not washed, there was dried bread. There were breadcrumbs behind the toaster. The curtain in the bathroom needs to be replaced, it smells bad and is dirty. The second set of bed was not washed, it smelled of sweat and perfume. When booking, it was possible to request a baby cot, I requested it, but as a result, no one provided a cot, we had to come up with a safe sleeping place for our child with improvised means.

The first thing you feel when you enter the apartment is the stench of cigarettes. The apartment is poorly cleaned. You can hear the roar of planes. The bed is too small for two adults. I do not recommend.

It seems there were no cleaning before our check-in: bad smell in the bathroom, bed linen wasn't fresh, we've found someone's hair on it. There was no bed linen for the sofa

Everything was clean. Pretty small but nice apartament. 😊

There was no air conditionier. So was really hot at night. And bed in the bedroom was VERY creaky with even minimal movements.

Wonderful private yard, great location. All the required facilities. Fastly answering staff.

Flights noise. But after a couple of days it's not annoying anymore :) Couldn't buy a parking place.
