Huge disappointment

The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful Great views

Where to begin….. -the main bedroom has no hanging cupboards -you can’t be taller than 6 Ft to enter the main bathroom - second bathroom toilet door doesn’t open fully as the toilet is in the way. - 3rd bedroom is a “Cabin Room” apparently. This means it has Tiny Slit Windows at the top of one wall and no space to swing a cat. Also no hanging cupboards. - don’t expect actual self catering, this should not be listed as such. No oven or means of cooking food at home. - sink is almost inaccessible with it being in the corner. - no washing up liquid or spare toilet rolls provided regularly. - when we arrived the aircon remotes didn’t have batteries and so couldn’t be used. - the showers have soap dispensers but don’t get excited….they’re always left empty. -broken plates and kettle Etc etc etc This was not a pleasant stay and we won’t go back there.

Balito Sea Front Design Vacation

The apartment was exactly as how it was shown on the site. The Host was phenomenal and very friendly at her work (Andrea).

There is a bird 🐦 at the balcony of the main bedroom which is very disturbing when you step to the balcony.

We enjoyed our stay we were always out because the place does not have restaurants or activities

I liked the location is so neat and safe especially the beach

The apartment was not that clean, it was smelling I was struggling to use their bedding because of the smell. We had to open the doors, windows and aircorn.

Andrea is best houst you will find, welcoming and helpfull, real jewl. Apartmant is beautiful, you have everything you need and more. Very clean. They are generouse with towels, beach towels, you get complementary coffe, tea, milk, sugar, toilet papir, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, dishwashing liquid... .. Linen gets changed and apartmant cleaned. And view is just spectacular. This place is great walue for money. We enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

The kitchen corner basin is not easily accessible, especially if you have a back problem. The Air-conditioning unit in the upstairs spare bedroom was out of order ... did not work.

nice from far but far from nice

the views. the abstract design

the male host was atrocious and rude. unsympathetic and jus unapologetic. he told me if I’m not willing to give my ID copy. I can take my deposit and f&@k off and the way I see it, according to POPIA I don’t need to give him anything of that sort. the facility was filthy, the main bedroom had cockroaches in the shower, open drain, weird windows that probably breath pests. the shower always floods and no lighting on the balcony or patio. the outdoor patio had no lighting and leaked when it rained so couldn’t sit outside. the sink is poorly placed making it difficult to clean up. there is no cleaning service even though you pay 470 for cleaning up which is a waste of money. The one bedroom looks like a closet that was turning into a room which is definitely not ideal. it’s a shoe box. Constant power failures with no backup lights not enough towels for 6people staying longer than 2 nights. in all honesty, don’t waste your money, there is far better for the same if not a cheaper price in Ballito. Pictures are deceiving no beach access as advertised, it goes to the tidal pool which in itself is dangerous

Everything.....there's absolutely everything to love in this apartment. It is stylish....a perfect apartment for a girls holiday

NA If they can just repair the phone chargers on the wall plugs.....as they were not working. Otherwise make sure to take ur charger pins

This is a beautifully furnished apartment right on the beach/ sea front. The beds were very comfortable with nice linen. The location is excellent.

Having no oven in a self catering unit was disappointing. Showers could all do with a good clean.

Great location, property needs a few simple items to make your stay pleasant, could have been cleaner.

Stunning view and perfect location, host was flexible in allowing an early check in.

Cleanliness, lacking items in rooms (bins, mirrors, shower mat etc) If you have a neighbour above who decides to party all night you will not be able to relax or sleep.

Stunning furniture and breathtaking views

Zero for cleanliness! Bathroom bins were full of other people’s garbage. Leftover balloons from previous guests. Dirty towels. Hair on the floor. All in all, it wasn’t clean!

Absolutely love our stay. The sound of the waves, the sun rise and sun set makes the ocean absolutely breath taking. Andreas place amazing.. The perfect place for a family or friends to meet.. I'm coming back, this time I won't book any activities, so I can fully enjoy this place
