Enjoyed the apartment, and the town has something for everybody.

This is an apartment designed for self catering. However, we did not want to eat at the apartment, but ate out at the pubs and restaurants in the town. That's what we like to do, and you are so handy for the facilities in the town.

Not applicable because we enjoyed our stay and can't really fault anything.

Highly recommend this property it’s a little cottage style venue with every amenity and a little lovely courtyard definitely going back

Wonderful dog-friendly place close to the beach

Cosy wash house that had everything we needed. Appreciated the extras like toiletries, dog bed and bowls, which were a big help when travelling by train. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great. The lovely gated courtyard meant my doggo could roam freely. By evening, i could even continue watching our favourite series on the streaming service, and the throws, cushions and fairy lights made for a cosy time. We had a warm and friendly welcome from the host, Lyz . The wash house was easy to find from the station thanks to clear directions. I was travelling solo with my dog for the first time and felt safe and secure, especially knowing I hsd the lovely host on hand. We loved the location, a 15-minute walk to beautiful and dog-friendly Barkby beach. The town was also close, about 10 minutes on foot. All in all, a real gem of a place.

First time at this property and will most definitely return again , in not too distant future , can’t wait . 🏖💜

Host Lyz , and family are really friendly, lovely greet on arrival, property is immaculate, located close to beach and retail park, and beautiful little village of shops , cafes , so enjoyable for myself and pooch , ⭐️ weather was a bonus .

Could not fault property, all items for a break are available, home from home 🏡

We had a lovely comfy stay. The town and beach were just a stones throw away.

We loved the location and the thoughtful way the tiny property was equipped. The menu’s for local restaurants was a great touch too. The owner even provided a really good hairdryer and straighteners.

It was a bit weird to watch the tv sat in the bed when there was a settee in the other room. However, it really wasn’t a problem cos you don’t really watch tv on holiday anyway do you?

Beautiful quaint accommodation, everything you need for a short break or week away.Host is a lovely lady who went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. Dog friendly with secure outside area, off road parking, easy access to beach and local town centre. 😀

A beautiful little place with everything needed for a perfect stay .very private and hosts are very friendly lyz even picked us up from train station so very kind of her. Thank you very much Lyz. We would stay here again we highly recommend this lovley house. You will not be dissapointed if you book here .

Nice a accommodation in a great area. Very quiet and peaceful place

Close to the beach and town with lots of dog friendly pubs and restaurants and dog beaches. It's also well situated to the other resorts and attractions.

it’s a beautiful little place with everything you need. Bed was super comfy and also a decent shower. great location, easy walk to the beach/pubs and shops, 15 mins away from Rhyl in the car.

Loved the place.The space had been utilised amazingly well and we had everything we needed and more

Location was brilliant.A short walk to the beach and to the town.We took our dog and when we arrived there was a bed for him and food bowls.A great enclosed yard with a bistro set and pretty fairy lights at night.The place was just lovely and we would definitely stay again.Lyz was a lovely host who we met on the first night and gave us lots of information about the local area😊

We loved every thing about The Old Wash House Prestatyn every thing you need was there The host Liz was so lovely and welcoming she left some lovely treats for us and are little dog Dexter it is a cosy little cottage and we loved that you have your own little garden and was safe for our little dog its are new place to go thank you Liz we will see you again and would tell any one if your looking for a cosy and a cute place to go this is it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🙂🐶🥰

Every thing you need was there comfy bed, good size TV, lovely kitchen, shower room so good,and every thing so clean and most of all the welcome we had by the host Liz and the lovely treats for us and are little dog and having are own little garden and was safe for are dog its are new little place to go look forward to going again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ we give it

Home from home

We love TOWH. it's comfortable and cosy and there are plenty of attractions close by or a small drive away. Lyz the host is lovely, very welcoming and always goes above and beyond to make sure we enjoy our stay. Our border collie Rossi loves it here too! Already booked for next year! It's a home from home stay!

Lovely weekend in Prestatyn

Beautifully presented, Lyz was super friendly and helpful and had thought about everything you could need for a pleasant stay. Our labrador Charlie loved the beach which was a 5 min walk away!

Very enjoyable stay in compact but very good accomodation.

Very compact, well presented, accommodation with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I am sure the “professional complainer” could find things to gripe about, but for us it was fine. Very well situated for both town, and sea front, both easily accessible on foot, and plenty of scope for walking further afield. A lot of thiught has gone into this accommodation, and though it is compact it punches well above its weight. The owner was very friendly, and helpful, without been intrusive in any way. My only real regret is that we had pre-booked a premier inn in Llandudno for 2 nights following our stay here, on balance of reflection we could easily have remained at the wash house.

Great !! Can’t recommend this perfect little gem enough !!

The Old Wash House was perfect !! Absolutely everything you would need for the ideal getaway. Lyz has thought through the lot…from a fully equipped kitchen, cozy little snug, comfortable bed and excellent services from the TV to the Wi-Fi and fully documented ‘user manual’ covering all the wash house facilities to the local sights, eateries and entertainment beyond. The wash house was exceptionally clean and the welcome was second to none.

Our stay was so enjoyable. The best accommodation we have stayed in in North Wales. Home from home.

I loved the accommodation. Very cosy and quaint and everything you needed for your stay was provided. Family and pet friendly and the host was lovely. Would definitely stay again.
