3.0
No elevator for senior and pwd
Room with broken toilet and mold on the wall, changed the room
Electric main switch out of service
Smoke detector out of service, battery empty
Wifi with coupon valid for one day, very annoying for four days with three persons, works only sporadic for a few minutes
Curtains full of stains and ants
Bedsheets are worn and dirty
Drainage is clogged, when washing your hands in the sink the water will come out of the drain on the floor, hot and cold shower is working but a little bit tricky to use
Breakfast is served in the room, no table to eat, coffee cold, same the rest of the so called breakfast, not as mentioned in the menu, nearby several restaurants serving nice breakfast for a decent price
Half of the sockets not functioning
Very noisy window type air-condition, had to be fixed fife times within 24 hours
TV with local programs is blurred
The obvious recycled refrigerator was the only unit working without problems, but looks horrible
Restaurant doesn't know what food is sold out, unable to serve three meals at the same time, one is still waiting when the others are already finished
No dinner available because the restaurant closes at 9pm
Pool is clean, but open until 9pm only, towels available on request at the reception
Location very close to the beach with easy access, way from the main road is flooded when raining
No activities offered by the reception
Uncountable brown out, generator takes long time to start
When paying with credit cards there is an extra charge of five percent
Conclusion: not worth the price, can get better accommodation for half the money nearby, not recommended

Location good
High price. Booking.com didn't mention the 12% VAT and then 5% "handling fee" at reception meant I was paying £90 for 1 night where there are comparable hotels for £30 which I moved to the next morning.
Breakfast was not buffet but 2 already cold Filipino breakfasts (cold also)

Great location from port and walking distance to beach and restaurants.
Minimal toiletries- only shampoo in sachet and soap. No attention to details such as our room has a corner chipped off mirror in the bathroom.

We liked the location and the walking distance to the beach.
First off, booking.com did not show any policy regarding bringing food inside the hotel. We brought food and the staff actually helped us bring it up to our rooms. Few minutes later, front desk was calling about charging me for bringing food stating that it is their property's policy not to bring food. If guests booked through booking.com, all of their policy should be stated here. I have family members who have dietary restrictions and with disability. Second, good thing we brought food. The free breakfast portion was for kids! It was very little. Third, the WATER are somehow turned off at midnight. My father was trying to use the restroom at 3am, only to find out that there was no WATER. Can you imagine waiting until morning around 6am get the water running? During the day, one of our rooms also did not have water. Stay away from this property and book somewhere else. I do not know how this "hotel" got all its nice reviews and stars. The rooms are simple, the AC were not as good, and the WATER HAVE SPECIFIC HOURS OF USE!

The staff was super helpful and attentive. The pool, location and breakfast were also very good. This is the best hotel you can stay at on White Beach.
The standard quadruple room that we booked didn't have any windows, so the room felt a bit dark and enclosed. The staff did offer for us to pay extra to upgrade, but we didn't choose to pay for this.
