Excellent B&B with friendly people. For us, a short 1 night stay.

The B&B was very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was very good. A variety of food
The shower had not much water pressure.

Everything was perfect!

The staff are very pleasant. Riccardo was excited to meet guests each morning and is very attentive and friendly. Also the room cleaning was extremely thorough. The breakfast was a nice selection of yoghurts, sweet cakes, fruits, some cereals, and good quality coffee/tea.

A truly fantastic place with incredibly nice host and every mod con.
That I couldn’t stay longer.

Via Roma was ideally situated for us as a midway stop off point on our trip. Perfectly situated right in the centre of L'Aquila, within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Due to traffic delays, we arrived late and well after check-in time, despite this we were received very well, it wasn't a problem. The room and en suite were very clean and comfortable, a good nights sleep was had. We had to leave early but sampled the typical Italian breakfast which was tasty and plentiful, setting us up in time for our meeting.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Pleasant host, good appartment, nice breakfast

Not very good
We arrived after 8 pm and no one opened the door when we rang the doorbell. After calling them we were told the checking closes at 8 pm. Eventually, someone came and open the door, but we were charged 13 Euro for late check-in.
There was no information on any late check-in when booking the place and even when we received the confirmation on booking.
The room was a clean and good size. The bed lining was clean but did not smell good for some reason, maybe to do with the washing powder used. Bath towels were rough, It felt like you are drying yourself with a rug rather than a towel. The breakfast standard/quality was very poor and would not recommend it.

location, breakfast, the comfortable bed…but above all, host Riccardo. Great, welcoming, knowledgable and super helpful man. Thank you!

We were welcomed like family and hosted with grace and generosity. We will definitely return! Just a short walk to the historic centre of town

First and foremost big thank you to Riccardo, the owner and our lovely host. He was helpful and made us feel so welcome as we were VIP guests. Our room was nice, clean and provided everything we needed during our stay. It was located in short walking distance from center of L'Aquila so even after long mountain trips it was easy to get there for evening meal We were chuffed with the town and surroundings and hopefully will come back. Via Roma will be our first choice
There was not anything not to like

Clean, modern with good WiFi, generous italian breakfast. Very informative host who was very passionate about his home town and its history.

Everything was perfect. A young receptionist named Luca welcomed me warmly. The room was nice, clean and tidy. I had a little balcony which was great and the bed was super comfy. The city of Aquila is astonishingly beautiful and super was worth the visit, the city center is a 2min walk away. Great stay! Thanks a lot folk

B&B located within l’Aquila beutiful historical center in a newly re-constructed building. The bedroom is modern, confortable and clean. Riccardo has given us many tips for sightseeing, restaurants and hiking. Spectacular breakfast with fresh pastries and gluten free options for one of us that has a food alergy.
We would have liked to have a space to sit/hang out in the common area. The manager assured us this is in the plans in the patio downstairs. We will come back to test it! L’Aquila area with its mix of stunning architecture and great outdoors is worth many future visits.
