This home not only has it all for the perfect family/friends retreat, but is a PRIME LOCATION - AVOID THE CROWDS/TRAFFIC/PARKING at the Village. It is situated in the exclusive HOMESITES AT SQUAW CREEK private community and overlooks the 4TH GOLF HOLE of the Resort at Squaw Creek. You are just minutes from world-class skiing, miles of hiking trails, ice skating, golf and the many restaurants at the Resort at Squaw Creek. Since the Resort operates its own ski lift for Resort guests and Homesite's owners, you would only have a 2 MINUTE DRIVE (10 minute walk) to access slopes!!!

This custom crafted inspired and architecturally superior home offers luxury with a well thought out and comfortable floor plan. The main entry level is a spacious open living plan: an oversized slate foyer with a bench to take off shoes/boots, and a designated area with shelves and hooks for storing shoes, boots, gloves, hats, clothes, etc; a den/library with custom built in bookshelves, queen pull out couch, skylight and adjoining partial bath; formal dining room (seats 10) with a custom chandelier and skylights overhead; living room which boasts a towering stone-stacked fireplace with copper accents, custom chandelier, stereo system, cathedral ceilings, skylights and picture windows framing glorious views of Squaw Valley and the golf course; a gourmet kitchen with upscale cooking utensils and serving dishes/stemware, granite countertops, 3 bar stools for eating (perfect for kids) or overlooking the action ; and, a more casual dining area (seats 8) surrounded by custom stained glass with a child's table (seats 4), skylight and custom chandelier overhead, and access to a small deck.

After a satisfying day on the slopes (or golf, hiking, biking, etc. in the summer) gear up for more fun and/or relaxation in the downstairs family/game room with: family games; surround sound entertainment system; a round of pool; a nice beverage at the wet bar with 4 bar stools; and, lounge on 3 comfy custom couches with pillows (twin bed size and can sleep 3).

When it is time to relax, adjourn to one of the 4 Private Bedroom Ensuites (on individual floors) with luxury towels and linens or take a dip in the hot tub on the large deck (sq ft) with majestic views of the golf course (in summer) and vast views of Squaw Valley ski area.

Below the deck is a lawn and professionally landscaped planting area which leads down to the golf course where kids can run and play in the summer, or make snowballs/sled in the winter.

To summarize, this is a 4,500 sq. ft. custom built, professionally decorated and architecturally superior home which offers luxury with a well thought out and comfortable floor plan creating the perfect atmosphere for entertaining and family gatherings.

It is a PRIME LOCATION (only 10 homes on the golf course in Squaw Valley) with fabulous, unobstructed views of the golf course, meadow and Squaw Valley ski area. You are just minutes from world-class skiing, miles of hiking trails, ice skating, golf, and the many restaurants at the Resort at Squaw Creek. Avoid the traffic/congestion/parking at the Village.

It SLEEPS 16: 4 private ensuites (sleeps 8) with luxury towels and linens; a den with pullout (sleeps 2) and adjoining bath; bunk bedroom #4 (sleeps 2); comfy couches in the Game room (sleeps 3); and a twin size sitting area in Bedroom #5 (sleeps 1).

The large/expansive deck with HOT TUB is a focal point both in the winter and summer (teak chairs, tables,bench, BBQ, heat lamp); and the private lawn and easy access to the golf course offers both a summer and winter playground at your fingertips.

No drive up a steep hill (a real problem for some homes in the winter) and level parking for 6: 2 in an oversized garage and 4 in the private driveway.

Three dining areas: separate formal dining area (for 10) for evening and more intimate gatherings; kitchen dining area (for 8) plus child's table (for 4); and 3 bar stools surrounding the granite kitchen counter (great for kids).

A gourmet chef's kitchen with upscale dishes/stemware and fully stocked with all the appliances/cookware you need - you will be wanting for nothing.

I came with a group of 8 for an annual ski trip, we had an amazing time! The house was spacious, the mountain access was really straightforward, and the hot tub submerged into the deck was a perfect way to end a hard day on the slopes. The kitchen had like every gadget and every spice known to man which is not always the case in rental houses! Diane was extremely pleasant and communicative. Would stay again for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Diane's home. The house is very clean and spacious and worked well for our group of families that included small children. The location couldn't be better for ski days at Palisades. We've stayed at many vacation rentals and this is by far the best stocked home we've ever visited. Every pot/pan/plate/utensil and spice we could have ever needed was at our disposal. That was extremely appreciated when preparing large meals. Diane was very hands-on with the booking process and logistics. Her attention to detail is unsurpassed! Thank you for the very memorable stay. We hope to be back soon! -Angele and Dan

The house was perfect for our vacation with three generations of family -- the layout, location, furnishings, decor and host all exceeded our expectations. Kids loved sledding down the hill right outside the back door. Adults enjoyed chatting by the fire in the living room after skiing while the kids played downstairs in the playroom. We'll definitely stay here again for our next ski trip to Palisades.

This house seriously has it all! I was getting married at Everline and had a bunch of family coming in from out of town, so we decided to rent this house as a place for them to stay. The house is beautiful! Spacious with plenty of room for people to sleep, and has everything you could need including blankets, kitchen needs, closet space etc. Proximity to Everline was so convenient and gave us the ability to have the home as a home base outside of the resort. Could not have asked for a home to top off our wedding weekend and house my family and so grateful to the owners for their hospitality. We are already talking about when we can go back. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable, large home with lots of beds and amenities our extended family thoroughly enjoyed. Downstairs game room was a big hit. Kids (17-18) slept comfortably on the downstairs game room sofa. We cooked numerous meals at the house and the kitchen was very well stocked, better than your average rental. Weather was very hot during our stay, and as long as we managed the windows (open evenings, closed daytime), the inside temp was comfortable, despite no AC. Owner & PM were very pleasant and communicative. Didn't see any deferred maintenance. Would definitely stay here again.

This space allowed for our wedding party to all be together in a beautiful home for our wedding weekend. We were able to cook together and play lots of pool together, enjoy the hot tub under the stars, all have comfortable rooms to enjoy and get ready for the big day together. Diane was so helpful and responsive and we thank her for opening her home to us!

This property was exactly what my group was looking for for the weekend - enough beds to sleep 12 (plus couch areas for more) and beautiful area to host a group. We stayed here as part of a work trip that has been occurring in Tahoe every year for the past 20 years. Everyone in our group said it was one of the best accommodations we have stayed in. It fit a group of 14 more than comfortably, there was plenty of room to bond, watch movies, play pool, and relax in the hot tub. As for our host, Diane was one of the most available and kind hosts, I have had the pleasure of communicating with. She was available for questions and made sure that everything was in order and that we had all of the information we needed before we arrived. Truly an amazing host. Our experience was so great, we hope to be able to stay here each time we hold our work event. Thank you, Diane, for your hospitality!

Wonderful home and Diane is a great host. We were 9 adults and 1 child 2 years old. Plenty of room in this beautiful spacious home and fully equipped in every aspect. Walking to the lift would have been a challenge in ski boots, but the free on demand shuttle service worked out great.

We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, the pool table & hot tub, and the kitchen had all the tools for cooking for a large group. We were 2 families, 8 people total, and it would have fit 10 very comfortably (we had an extra unused bedroom). The kids sledded out the back door into the golf course- a short hill- and had a good time.

We highly recommend this unique property. We had a family reunion in Olympic Valley and chose this home for five adults and three children, and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space while enjoying the common areas. The deck is fantastic, with a view of the Resort at Squaw Creek golf course and a sunken hot tub. We loved the pool table and cozy sitting areas in the game room. Beds were super comfortable and the home was very clean. The kitchen was very well appointed, with everything we could possibly need. The owner and management company were both very responsive and engaged, and we felt very well taken care of during the entire visit. Thank you, Diane - we will be back during ski season!

Great view, great property. Tons of room and levels in the house give it a lot of room but also a great deal of privacy if you have a good number of people there. Diane was an absolute pleasure to correspond with. Would highly recommend and would certainly consider staying there again.

Our family was looking for a large house where we could all be together. This is a beautiful house with plenty of room for privacy when you needed it and space to hangout and enjoy each other’s company. Diane is so easy to work with and will answer every question when asked. The location is so convenient to Squaw Valley resort, Truckee, Donner Lame, and North Lake Tahoe…so much to do. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend time in the Tahoe area.

This home suited our clan perfectly - pool table & hot tub for the teen & young adults and deck time for the more mature adults. And we got a workout while moving up and down all the stairs! 5 levels made the home interesting and fun. We would stay again.

The home was perfect for two families (8 people). Plenty of space, fun things to do (hot tub, pool table and sledding were all a hit) and super close to everything. The house is comfortable, well appointed (loved all the kitchen supplies and the Sonos system) and had more than enough space for everyone. We had a couple minor hiccups during our stay (e.g., power outage resulted in the alarm going off) but Diane was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Overall, a great vacation! Can't wait to come back someday :)

This home is perfect for large family vacations. Great views of the mountains and golf course, though covered with snow. Great for sledding with the kids. It is complete with everything you need (Utensils, Spices, pots and pans, etc) for cooking. Very comfortable and plenty of space including a downstairs game room separate from the upstairs living area. The owner reached out before our stay and was available to answer questions during it. Great fireplace and plenty of firewood. Highly recommend it.
