Just minutes from Criccieth’s beach, this lovely property is perfect for a family break on the Llyn Peninsula.. 2 steps to entrance.

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds, Freeview TV

Bathroom: Bath, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. 1 small dog welcome. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: No children under 5 years old, except babes in arms. There are 4 steps in the garden.. In a peaceful setting with views across to Criccieth Castle and the sea, Swn-y-Wylan is a bright, spacious, detached holiday home with plenty of parking and a lovely garden, perfect for summer beach holidays and relaxing winter escapes. Within easy walking distance is the high street with a good selection of independent shops, cafés and restaurants, and of course the ruins of the castle which are set on an outcrop overlooking the beach and town.
The property is centrally located, with easy access to Pwllheli, Porthmadog, which is the start of the Ffestiniog Mountain Railway, and Portmeirion, the Italianate village where the television series ’The Prisoner’ was filmed. This a fabulous location for walking, with easy access onto the coastal path with outstanding views across Cardigan Bay towards the mountains of Snowdonia, where you can enjoy a myriad of exhilarating outdoor pursuits. The Llyn Peninsula has many lovely beaches to explore and miles of peaceful country lanes. Beach 500 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
