Génial!

Chambre très propre et très fonctionnelle avec cafetière, petit réfrigérateur et micro-ondes. L'hôte était très sympathique et donnait plein de bons conseils pour visiter la ville et ses alentours.

Le petit déjeuner était top mais proposer du lait serait un plus!

Encantadora estancia en Bilbao

La ubicación espléndida con una vista al rio maravillosa , la casa muy acogedora y lo mejor fue la atención de su dueño , con el que compartimos unas copas en la terraza y se mostró disponible en todo momento . Nos indicó los mejores lugares donde comer pinchos y el bar donde podíamos ver el partido de Rugby del mundial .

Superb

Enrique could not have been more helpful and friendly. He gave us guidance about the area, with plenty of information about ideas for eating out and visiting local sights.

Unfortunately our experience of Bilbao was spoilt by a theft incident but otherwise the accommodation, host and environment were excellent.

Our experience here was greatly enhanced by our attentive host. Thank you Enrique.

Enrique was an excellent host. He gave us lots of information about where to eat and things to see locally and also in the next place we were visiting. He was very helpful and made our stay here extra special.

Location was close to transport links but had only a few local places to eat , taking into account some bars and restaurants weren’t open every day.

Great room, just outside the city centre of Bilbao, with a great host.

Enrique is a fantastic host, who responds very quickly and gives lots of tips and recommendations. They are all great! Car parking for free in the vicinity of the house.

The bed was dented on both sides and was very low.

Spacious comfortable room very near the river. Great host.

Enrique was very helpful. Even offered to come and pick us up from the bus station because it was raining. Comfortable and spacious. Self-service breakfast was good and convenient. Despite being in a rather rundown area, it felt safe at night. Very convenient for the river, with a lovely walk (when the Sun was shining!) To the Guggenheim and then on into the old town. Doing it again, we would have paid extra for the deluxe room with balcony showed on the photo- there was no outlook from our room. Thank you Enrique!

The river is the best of Bilbao from the bridge at Portugalete to the old city via the Guggenheim.

Excellent location - super walk along river from Guggenheim. Very quiet. Close to airport bus terminal, tram and rail service. Very friendly hosts [with a well trained dog]. Very unusual building - make a definite time for arrival if possible. Excellent facilities including microwave cooker/grill and a well supplied coffee machine.

The bed was quite low and raised on a small wooden plinth which made getting in/out a bit awkward.

Easy access from cycle route from the west. Central location for walking along river bank to Guggenheim. Somewhere safe to store our bikes overnight.

Like a homestay

I felt like we were doing a homestay. It wasn't in the center of touristy area but we had bus and trums to get there and the host lent us a metro card to use those public transportation much cheaper. He also offered a ride to next destination for cheaper price.

Superb

Its a nice place tot stay. Enrique and his wife are very kind and helpfull. They put our electric car on their electricity because we had a loading problem in Spain. The room is very nice and big.

Nice stay amazing hosts

Fantastic hosts. couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Loved the dog Togo he was also super friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Anything you needed they found. The stay was in an independent area of the house although I would have preferred the bathroom to be en-suite and not have to pass through a corridor to get to it - although we were the only people around.

Finding parking was tricky.

Ideal location to explore Bilbao and surroundings. Very comfortable room and very friendly host.

Our Host Enrique made us feel like home. He was exceptionally supportive and helpful in arranging trips, giving great recommendations for destinations in the city and the surroundings or making reservations. From the house one can easily reach the city as well as the near beaches via the close by metro station. The room is equipped with a TV set , a small fridge, coffee maker and even micro-wave. We liked very much the breakfast supplies in our room. We can absolutely recommend this place!

Couldn’t be a better start for our Camino trip.

Perfect location to explore Bilbao. Monica & Enrique are great hosts, friendly and very helpful to find your way around. Thank you soooo much. On top off all, Togo the giant friendly Malamute mix. We will be back end of may.

Friendly hosts always wanting to help and make sure your stay is excellent

It was self contained bedroom with coffee and tea facilities. The host was very thoughtful which was appreciated as the location was a little difficult to find in the dark. Probably due to my old GPS maps.

The location of the property could mean parking might be difficult.

Nice stay on walking distance from beautiful Bilbao

Superfriendly host who gives a lot of information! Nice and cosy room with all the necessary facilities. Very close to an amazing city!

The bathroom is outside the room, in the private space. So you better take your clothes with you. An extra table and trashbin in the bathroom would be helpful. The room is not superquiet (you can hear the neighbourhood and residents).

The best

We really loved our stay! It feels like home, there are possibilities to park and u can walk to the city along the river. The breakfast we enjoyed on the beautiful terrasse.
