An exceptional location for this family villa, fully renovated and tastefully refurbished. The villa is very private and located on the East side of the prestigious and exclusive Cap d'Antibes, midway between Garoupe and Salis beaches which are just 700 metres away. The property is fitted and furnished to a high standard with quality furniture in light French oak and cool marble floors. There are four bedrooms, one master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, another double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a family bathroom. All bedrooms and common areas are air-conditioned. There is a comfy living room leading out to the garden and well-equipped modern kitchen. The villa has WIFI Internet broadband and satellite TV.
Outside is a pretty lawned garden and barbecue terrace, heated private pool with an electrically operated safety cover and supports off road parking for 2 cars. There are many restaurants within walking distance or a short drive, the market in Old Antibes is a pleasant 20 minute walk and beaches are just a 5 minute walk away. The lively cafes and bars of the famous, Juan Les Pins are just a 20 minute walk across the Cap d'Antibes.
