This home offers open concept living space. A large great room area with cathedral ceilings contains the living and formal dining rooms, kitchen and nook area. There is comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV in the great room. The formal dining room has a table for 6 .
The kitchen has nice finishes, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and microwave, and a breakfast bar. The nook area has a dining table and windows with a view to the pool area. Adjoining the great room is a den/TV room with comfortable seating, TV, and books for you to enjoy.
The home's highly desired split floorplan provides ample privacy for you and your guests. The primary suite offers a king bed, TV, and sliders to the lanai area. The en-suite bathroom features dual sinks, oval soaking bathtub, and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, TV, and its own en-suite bathroom with a single vanity, walk-in shower, and door to the lanai area. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. The family bathroom has a single vanity, and a shower over the tub combination. All bathrooms have hair dryers.
This home has cable TV in the living room, den and primary bedroom; telephone and hi-speed internet. The separate laundry room has a washer, dryer, and a utility sink. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided. This home also facilitates a convenient self-check-in lockbox process, so you can start your vacation from the moment you arrive!
Relax or soak up the sun on the spacious pool deck with loungers or enjoy a delicious BBQ with family and friends on additional patio table with chairs. The pool has optional electric heat. There is a propane gas grill. At the edge of the back garden next to the canal is a private fishing dock. The garage has bicycles available for you to use while you vacation with us.

Offering tennis courts, bike path, children playground, and a large pavilion where you can enjoy a picnic after getting your morning exercise routine done.
