1970s residence with apartments located close to the slopes and shops (sports shops, mini-market).
Accessible by stairs.
25m² apartment classified 2 * and 1 cristal paradiski located on the 6th floor without elevator above the main entrance (itself on the 4th floor) in a residence ideally located on Plan Peisey, very close to the slopes (50m) and shops.
The apartment is composed of an entrance with two bunk beds, a shower room with toilet, a kitchen area open to the living room equipped with a sofa bed and a west-facing balcony which will offer you a magnificent view of the entire valley.
Equipment: Refrigerator, microwave, electric hotplates. Television.
Rented with a ski locker located on the 3rd floor as the entrance to the building.
Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.
Beds: 1 sofa bed 160cm, 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)
Sanitary facilities: a shower room with toilet
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.
Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You can book your ski lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
INFORMATION: furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress covers must not be removed from the beds and left clean. Beds must be properly unmade with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in an invoice debited from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress cover, €300 for replacing the furniture.
NON-SMOKING apartment: 300€ odor charge for cleaning all fabrics
