Snyder's Rest, B is a ground level one bedroom, one bath triplex located at 115 6th St North, in Bradenton Beach. Just one house from the bay and a short stroll to the beautiful Gulf beaches.

Nestled near the base of Cortez bridge, walk right over to Historic Bridge street with plenty of shopping, fishing, parasailing and great restaurants just blocks away. You may not even need a car with a free trolley available to explore the entire Island.

Enjoy a quaint, open floor plan with a queen size bed and pull out sofa in the living room.

There is a full sized washer and dryer shared between these two units.

Snyders Rest can be rented as little as three nights during the Summer and Fall and a weekly minimum in the winter.

Parking is limited to two cars.

Television operates on a streaming service only (no local cable service is provided).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Snyders Rest B is perfect for a couple. The pull-out sofa was also handy. Nice kitchen with all the amenities some toiletries and decent bed. Wagon/beach chairs/umbrella and sand toys provided which was so helpful. Outdoor shower was so fun to rinse off the sand and clothes line! Great location. Walkable to Bridge Street Pier and ocean just across the street. Nice gift shop right next door as well as a Mexican restaurant with great food & drinks! Convenient Trolley if you need it. Steps away from Cortez Bridge which takes you anywhere you want to go. We did need to buy some paper products but not a big deal. Customer Services was exceptional. Unit does need the kitchen floor and sliding glass door repaired. Otherwise, we would go back if we wanted to stay on Anna Maria Island a second time.

The view of the Bay was slim. A few lounge chairs outside would have been welcomed. Location is the best part of Snyder’s Rest. Beach, trolley, and many fine restaurants within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. A trolly pickup was 0.2 mile away. Public beach access was about the same distance. Everything you wanted to do was accessible from this location that was more on the south end of the strip.

This place was in a great location. Walking distance to the beach, Bridge St., restaurants, and bars. The unit was very clean on arrival. It was a cute cottage looking unit. The laundry room was conveniently located 4 steps out the door. It was a quiet location, and very relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful 2 week vacation!!

Loved the free trolley that runs the length of the island. The unit itself was clean, very soft bed, handy laundry unit and beach chairs for renters’ use. Would love if the sliding glass door was functional, easier to access the bbq.

This condo has a great location across from the beach. It was quiet which was very helpful to me. Clean and had many great thoughtful kitchen items. I would recommend a step stool for those of us who are vertically challenged. It’s difficult to get to the top shelf.☺️

Very nice place. Only a few negatives… no dish to cook on except a cookie sheet and a pizza pan. The dishwasher was broken but not hard to hand was dishes. Only one really good beach chair… one broke one me when I sat dow… got a good chuckle out of tho. Otherwise a nice place to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach.

This property is super close to the beach and historic Bradenton. One would not even need a vehicle to get around easily. Despite the location so near the Cortez Bridge, it is extremely quiet. The bay views out the side make for lovely morning sun. The home is well-equipped for cooking. Overall, it’s a great rental for the price.

The property was clean, comfortable, and convenient! It was great for the two of us and would work well for 3-4 people. Easy walking distance to the beach, the Bridge Street area, and a block from a stop for the free island trolley. There are laundry facilities in the adjacent building as well as a laundromat a block away. We would definitely consider staying here if we are in the area again.

I wished there was a better view. I would have appreciated live sports on the tv, too. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. It's a great location, 200 steps to the beach, multiple restaurants in walking distance.

Cute and cozy with everything you need and then some. I was surprised to find an outdoor shower to wash off sand after the beach, as well as a beach cart to haul your stuff and a couple of umbrellas. It’s a small house split into 3 private units. We were the only ones renting at that time and the whole property felt extra private. 10/10 will recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

My husband and I really enjoyed out stay here. The location was great, block from the beach and right next to a trolley stop. It was nice to have a TV with a wide range of streaming services for the late nights. The island is very chill so many places close down by 11pm. Also the AC was a nice perk. The only thing I would say is it would be ideal to provide more than one role of toilet paper for two people who booked five nights.

Our stay was excellent. Great bang for your buck! I did not know there were beach chairs and an umbrella for use, I had rented some ahead of time. We missed not having a TV in the bedroom or a long mirror when getting ready. But those things aside, there were a set of outdoor chairs for relaxing and a grill available. This was a quiet area and within walking distance to most restaurants and the beach!

If you are looking for just a small place for a couple of people this is a nice place. It was very clean and well stocked. There are 2 things that would have made this an awesome place for us. A ceiling fan in the bedroom and a little bit bigger bathroom. There is no where to put your things as there is a very tiny sink. Other than that, it was well maintained and quaint.
