Certainly crowded living areas and too small a kitchen for 10 people. The propery was dirty on arival from the cutlery in the kitchen drawers to the floors and carpet and shower drains were clogged with hair. Laundry - what a joke. An washing machine (stains clothes) on the outside deck covered in possum urine. No tub or taps. Mattresses really uncomfortable. Kitchen design very poor and drawer/dishwasher configuration not functional. Half of the upstairs light globes did not work - real estate agent was asked to supply and we replaced. A few thousand dollars investment by owners would make a really positive difference and effective property management is needed.
