About this house rental
Malibu meets Hollywood Beach. Brand new construction of an architectural modern beach house offers all of the amenities for the most sophisticated and discerning guests - including 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean and the Channel Islands. There is nothing like this home in the area and you can be one of the very first to enjoy this picture perfect, sumptuous and functional home crafted for gatherings. This home is best utilized by 2 families with as many as 3 kids.
The home is 6 steps to the sand sitting directly across the easement to enter the beach. There are several singular aspects of this home which make it unique. The first is the open construction of the entire 2nd floor. There are 7 steal beams creating the ideal open kitchen/dining room and living room. In the gourmet kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare a family meal with brand new pots/pans/dishes/glasses, etc.....everything is brand new. Kitchen is appointed with a unique single slab island of azul macaubus quartz. You'll also find two ovens, a microwave, fridge with water/ice dispenser, wine fridge, dishwasher, disposal, separate pantry, self-closing cabinets, and so much more. The 2nd floor entertainment floor also boasts a designer powder room, a washer/dryer (there are 2 sets of washer/dryers with the 2nd set in the garage to keep the sand out of the house), gas fireplace, HDTV with built in ceiling speakers, high speed wireless with cable and a lot more, like a record player and plenty of sophisticated art books to inspire. The adjacent living room boasts 14 ft ceilings with floor to ceiling windows. The upper windows are mechanical and so are the blinds.
The other singular and unique element of this home is the huge rooftop deck with natural gas fire table and natural gas BBQ. This is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine or a cocktail to take in the awe inspiring 360 degree views from the islands to the ocean to the mountains. Sunsets are absolutely incredible from this vantage point. Due to new construction, this home's deck sits higher than any other in Hollywood Beach and it is safely enclosed for children of all ages.
The third floor boasts two bedrooms. The master BR is an en suite with a king bed, large bathroom, large closet, plenty of drawers for storage, and HDTV. The 2nd bedroom on the third floor is designed to be kids room with en suite bathroom as well. There is a bunk bed which has a twin XL on top, a queen in the middle and a pull out trundle with twin XL on the bottom. Featured in this room is another HDTV.
The ground floor offers its own en suite designer bedroom with queen bed, HDTV and the most awesome full bathroom with tub. There is a separate locked entrance for the downstairs, if needed. The garage also sits on the ground floor featuring all of the systems, including a water softener and conditioner making the water in our home totally drinkable and resort-like for showering/bathing. There are bikes, ping pong table, beach toys and a second full size washer/dryer downstairs to keep towels, bathing suits and other beach attire clean.

Nice house that was close to the beach. We had to be super cautious with the stairs with our toddler. It was a bit frustrating that there was construction next door. We would hear workers every morning working on the property next door. But overall, it was a nice property by the beach.

From the very start everything with this location was easy. Correspondence was so fast and they answered all of my questions and were so accommodating. The house is absolutely beautiful with all the great extra luxuries such as the bikes and beach chairs. The location is perfect and everyone had such an amazing time. We went for my daughters 13th birthday with 3 of her friends and everything was as perfect as I could have wished.

One of the best houses I've stayed in near the beach in Oxnard. The property has a beautiful roof deck and fire pit directly across the street from the beach. The house itself was beautiful and looks to have been re-done recently. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you'd need to cook. The best part of the house was the indoor fireplace and large picturesque windows. The owners were kind and easy to communicate with - I'd definitely stay here again! It's also a five minute walk to the harbor/marina with coffee shops, restaurants etc.

Fantastic family getaway!
Fantastic family getaway! This was by far the best experience we had staying by the beach in Oxnard. We have rented more than a handful of homes in Hollywood Beach and Oxnard Shores, and this one was the nicest, cleanest, most serene, and had ideal peekaboo views of the ocean from the living room. A short walk to the beach, just across the street! Seriously, such a great home for a quiet getaway.

A quick getaway for our staycation. The beach is across the street so our son really enjoyed playing and using the supplied sand toys. The house is clean and we had all the amenities to make it as comfy as home. The stairs are cool but it’s open on one side so you have to watch your little kids carefully. Restaurants and stores are close by so everything is convenient. We would there again. They provided Lysol wipes and hand sanitizers, which was nice. The hosts were quick to respond and all their instructions were readily available so we rarely had questions on how everything worked.

Relaxing
What an amazing house!! Watching the sunsets on the roof top deck, and from the kitchen as you cook what a view. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend other stay here as well if they want to relax with amazing views.

A fabulous beach house in a great location near Hollywood Beach. The house was modern, beautifully appointed and extremely well set up with everything that one could ask for. It was immaculately clean, which was of the utmost importance to us, during these turbulent Covid times. Mike and Tamara responded immediately, making the booking process and check in all incredibly easy. The house is simply wonderful and the location is fantastic. We will most definitely be returning to this great beach house for another vacation. Thank you Mike and Tamara.... 5 STARS PLUS!!!!

Absolutely Fantastic
This property could not be a better fit for us. The floorplan, the location, the cleanliness. I knew we would be happy there, but it truly exceeded our expectations. We would like to come back very soon. I am not sure another property would ever be a better fit than this for us.

Extremely Relaxing Getaway
This was our first experience with a VRBO rental and we are now spoiled! This was an extremely comfortable and well equipped home that is set up beautifully for families. The location and view can’t be beat. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful and we will be back as soon as we can!

Great House, Great Location
We had a great trip this past weekend. The house is beautiful and just as advertised....The garage was stocked with chairs and toys for the kids, pretty much everything you need for the beach. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, and the house manual provided was very detailed and easy to follow. The house was very clean, the kitchen was great, as was the view from the roof. Great beach house. Thanks Mike!

Great location to the beach and Marina
House is just as listed! Beautiful property and excellent location. The check in process was easy just make sure to read the manual upon arrival. It was super insightful. Would have been great to know that the dishwasher wasn’t working since we cook a lot before we arrived but we made do. Would definitely come back!

Relaxing and beautiful!
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Mike's place. The house was well appointed, clean and stylish. Kids complained the stay was not long enough so we will will definitely be coming back! We all loved how close the beach was and how easy it was to get back and forth to the house, especially with younger kids.

Perfect beach house!
This house was perfect! Location was steps from the beach, super clean, awesome view! The pics are very accurate. It has everything you need for the beach: chairs, towels, bikes.. we have teenagers, but they had things for small kids too, beach toys, strollers, small bikes etc.. owners responded within minutes if i had a question! Highly recommend and will for sure be staying here again!
