Sauberkeit und Küche hätte besser sein können..

Freundlicher Empfang und Check-in. Unser Zimmer 422 mit Terrasse und Meersicht war schön, leider konnte die Terrassentür nicht wie gewöhnlich abgeschlossen werden, da wir aber im 4. Stock waren und keine direkten Nachbarn hatten, störte uns dies nicht aber es war schon seltsam. Bademäntel oder Hausschuhe gab es im Zimmer nicht, nach Nachfrage für Hausschuhe, hiess es zuerst man bringe, später hiess es sie seien ausgegangen und spät Abends lagen diese dann doch im Zimmer. Keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer vorhanden, eine Wasserflasche bei Ankunft. Die Kommunikation insgesamt war immer etwas verwirrend den jeder MA an der Reception äusserste sich unterschiedlich. Schade war auch, dass das Zimmer sehr spät gereinigt wurde und dies nicht sauber, Gläser wurden schmutzig stehen gelassen, kein Wasser aufgefüllt, Boden nicht gewischt (sandig), im Badezimmer wurden die Badetücherm zwar gewechselt aber der Bodenteppich vergessen, die Pflegeprodukte nicht aufgefüllt. Bei Nachfrage ob dies nicht früher gereinigt werden kann, hiess es bis 14:00 Uhr könne man notieren. Das Hotel insgesamt war schön, der Gastrobereich wie auch die Poolbereiche, jedoch war das Wasser im Hauptpool milchig, wir gingen zur Abkühlung duschen und nicht in den Pool, sehr schade…. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und haben uns für Frühstück und Mittagessen entschieden, es gab immer eine grosse Auswahl an Speisen aber überzeugt hat uns das Essen nicht wirklich, Geschmack, Qualität stimmte für uns nicht. Kaffee muss/darf man am Automat selber holen. Es werden nach Allergien gefragt und da ich einige habe, habe ich diese angegeben aber interessiert hat dies niemanden, warum fragt man danach? Die Essenszeiten muss man vorgängig anmelden, etwas mühsam den im Urlaub sich immer an Zeiten halten zu müssen ist nicht wirklich das was man möchte und abgesehen davon war das Restaurant immer sehr leer.

Siehe oben aber vor allem, dass das Zimmer schlampig gereinigt wurde und die Kissen schmuddelig waren.

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Our room excellent.

Every member of staff , cleaners, reception, restaurant staff were all hardworking , very professional and polite. The hotel was spotless. Great location. We chose half board- food was amazing! Pool areas very comfortable.

the hotel made the stay worthwhile but Benidorm is no longer the resort it was

Met our expectations and more.

A special trip made better by the quality of the hotel, the incredibly friendly and helpful staff and a spacious room with a remarkable shower and comfortable bed. The hotel is centrally located, across from the beach. Everything is within walking distance. Great experience. We will be back.

The coffee. There was Tea in the room with a water kettle, but no coffee. In the restaurant for breakfast, the coffee was simply not good.

ideal location, very clean lovely chilled out place with spacious rooms. if you want the sea view you have to pay a lot more but we’ll worth the view. staff were so helpful and all staff very friendly and work hard. well done all x

Need to book again very soon.

Loved the room overlooking the sea. Just stunning. Food was fabulous. Rooms were comfortable and the bed was lush.

The entertainment was good for old people and Spanish. Not for me... The rooms at the back of the hotel would NOT have been for me.

I had an great stay at this hotel as a solo traveller and would certainly return.

I liked the location of the property. it was across the road from the beach and it was modern and bright.

I was booked bed and breakfast and the food was good but I had to book an early breakfast for travelling back home and found that disappointing.
