Great MR accommodation for 3 couples

Gorgeous views from the deck. 3 good sized tastefully decorated bedrooms, all with en suite. . Good water pressure. Fully equipped kitchen. Enjoyed lovey dinner on deck of apartment on last night with fantastic view of sunset.

Bed in main green bedroom was too soft. 3rd orange bedroom had no direct access to shared living room.

Great location, friendly housekeeper - quick fast service.

Great location with a fantastic view. The outdoor dining area was great for sunset drinks. There were solid wind shades when it got too windy.

A heater/air-conditioning in the rooms would be good especially for customers who live in the tropics.

Exceptional

The house was well appointed and the cleanest place we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at alot of high end places in 20 years. What can I say. It's exceptional. Mike and Polly are gracious hosts and want the highest standards possible for their guests. Magic ocean views front the outdoor area with the same from the main bedroom. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean each room with a bathroom. My eldest had a studio to himself, the orange room and was in seventh heaven able to game on his xbox when we were on downtime from visiting eateries and wineries. Mike and Polly live above but you wouldn't know they were there and don't entrued at all. We either cooked on the Webber outside followed by drinks with the beautiful ocean views or went out to dinner in Margs. We enjoyed many coffees from The sea garden which was beautiful. The kids did surfing lessons and had a fat time. Everything was thought of super fast internet, TV's in every room with netflix etc. The kitchens were well appointed as well with everything you'll need. I would highly recommend this place we will definitely be staying there again. Thanks again Mike and Polly for your beautiful home. Cheers the Bramley-Moulds. Special mention the food at Settlers tavern was beautiful and did not disappointed value for money and great meals without the super pretentious douche factor.

the property was immaculate, it was very well maintained and an absolute pleasure to stay there. the owners were really helpful and welcoming not not intrusive. we can’t wait for our next trip to Margaret river and to stay at Saudade.

Ultra clean place, comfortable beds, really good amenities and beautiful sunsets.

The stove didn’t work. Couldn’t able to put it on. Used the micowave and toaster instead. There is also a bbq outside.

Guest house is really clean and modern. Great location with ocean and perfect sunset view . Beaches, Ocean front cafe, Restaurant just 2 minutes away. Perfect for both couple and family getaway.

We certainly enjoyed our short getaway and highly recommend it to anyone that wants to get away for a few days!

I really enjoyed the layout of the property, the cleanliness, the friendliness, the incredible views and the peacefulness. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back some time soon.

would stay again

beautiful view, great facilities. clean and modern

lock box didn’t work for us took a number of us to try it. eventually worked. we booked the full 3 rooms however no connecting door so had to go outside to get in. small unit has an oven, larger unit no oven. larger unit has kettle and tea/coffee (no milk) smaller unit no kettle tea/coffee. would have been much better for us with connecting door.

Excellent location, views and amenities. Presentation of apartment was of excellent standard and very clean as I have very high standards. Well worth the stay. Excellent owner and prompt assistance when we were in doubt. Treated this property like we treat ours, nothing but respect.

Awesome place

We loved every second of our stay here. The view of the terrace and the rooms is absolutely beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. Everything looks like brand new and things like towels, shampoo etc all provided. Next time we definitely gonna stay longer.

Beautiful place to stay, will definitely rebook!

Beautiful scenery, very clean and well looked after accomodation. Location was perfect, right near surfers beach and 10 minute drive out of Margaret river town and the host was lovely, made sure we had everything we needed!
