This beautiful luxury house has complete privacy and it is located in a quite neighborhood, few minutes from Fiesta Texas, The Shops At La Cantera, The Rim, SeaWorld, restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, Palladium, bowling, Golf course, Top Golf and more. House includes a master suite with hot-tub, game area w\pool table and arcade, covered patio with sitting area & BBQ grill, a luxurious private pool & a huge backyard with mature Texas Oaks and plenty of parking space.
This 2800 Sqf luxury vacation house includes 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The master suite includes a king bed with an attached bathroom, 2nd bedroom has a king bed, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, 4th bedroom has a queen bed, the 5th bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom plus a trundle bed (double) and the 6th bedroom has a bunk bed and a trundle bed. There is also a queen air mattress bed available, which is very comfortable, so this house can sleep a total of 19 people. Both the Living room and the master suite have Smart TVs which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels. There is specious game area with a pool table, Skee ball arcade and plenty of games. There is a covered patio with sitting area, BBQ grill, plenty of private parking space and a private huge outdoor luxurious pool. You will plenty of private parking space. You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard and the private pool. You can also freely use the Neighborhood's park that is located a few minutes walking from the house, which also includes volleyball and playground for kids plus more shaded area for BBQ.

- Any event requires full pre-approval and planning with the host directly prior to booking. While I aim to accommodate requests, unauthorized events will result in heavy fines & event will be immediately closed. Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- Pool is not heated.

We were a group of 10 people staying at the house for a week. 5 adults and 5 teens. It was plenty big for our needs, and I always felt like we had enough room. The house has tile and was kind of echo-y, so I was surprised that the bedrooms all seemed very quiet. The doors did a good job of blocking sound from the rest of the house. It did feel like the house could use some TLC in some areas, but nothing that greatly impacted our stay. The location was near many things that we wanted to do and we had a great vacation in San Antonio.

Ew ew ew!!!! Racist community and AC was out the whole first day & first night of stay. 80 degrees! My 2yr old was sweating sleep. Over priced for sure do not recommend

First I have to say for the price I was expecting perfection. House was older than I thought. Lighting was terrible, never did figure out the system. The outside grounds were terrible, with a strong sewer smell in the front. Weeds everywhere by the pool. Pool seating was old and falling apart. Overall it just needed some TLC to bring it up to my standards.
The house was plenty large for the group that we had. The one fridge in the kitchen was full, so a second fridge just for drinks would have been nice. Also the small pans for cooking could be upgraded to larger ones. The 6 burner gas stove was great, but no griddle?!!
The pillows really need to be upgraded as a few of us got stiff necks. There were ample towels in bathrooms but kitchen had no dishcloths.
Almost all of the pool toys were flat. We bought a few new ones for the kids, and an electric pump and left them there for the next people.
There was a grill but it took charcoal, and we bought a lighter and left that there also.
It was very conveniently located for all the things we did in the area. Again, for the price I was expecting a really great place and was disappointed that it needed a lot of repairs.
I am a house flipper and have quite a few rentals so I am pickier than most.
It fit our needs for the most part. The one thing I almost forgot, ample closet space for all your clothes, but no hangers!!!!

Although this rental is big and roomy as stated, which we loved, it could’ve been SO much better. The house is run down and not cleaned well. House is probably cleaner when we left than when we got there. Washing machine leaking water, bathroom door coming off hinge b/c doorframe is split, had to keep shoes on b/c floor more than likely hasn’t been mopped in a while. Kids feet were black within 20min of us arriving. Needed a remote to turn on fan in one of the bedrooms, which we ended up finding in another bedroom, but it was battery less so yeah, that did no good. Front yard had standing sewage water, so it stunk outside, and downstairs bedroom was able to smell it when coming upstairs. Also, was suppose to have second entry to house for the main floor, which was a must for my handicapped father in law, and yeah, that was torn up b/c digging ditch/passing lines of some sort, so he had no way of passing with his scooter to get to the walkway for the house. And when I asked about the second entrance, I kept being told “there’s a walkway, there’s a walkway.” I’m thinking no crap there’s a walkway, but you have a jump a ditch first to get to it. Thank goodness he has two sons and a little function left to his legs that they were able to assist him down the stairs when we left for the day and back up when we came in from exploring San Antonio. I know you can’t always help if it’s the city doing something (if that’s even the case)but courtesy would’ve been to let us know to see if it would still work for us b/c that didn’t happen over night!

This lovely house was a perfect fit for our entire family that came out to San Antonio for my daughters Airforce graduation ceremony. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the spacious house and backyard. I would definitely recommend this house and area to anyone with a big family looking to stay in San Antonio.

Our four-night stay with twelve people brought mixed experiences—it was great being with family but the house itself has some issues that need to be addressed. The house was large and centrally located for our gathering, dining, and sight-seeing. However, some things were challenging: figuring out how the track lights worked took some time (instructions would have been nice); three "bedrooms" do not have a closet or chest of drawers, so the only place to put clothing is in your suitcase on the floor or the back of a chair; the remote control devices for the bedroom lights control lights in other bedrooms (i.e., the master bedroom remote controls its light/fan as well as the light/fan in the bedroom down the hall where someone else is staying--not nice when your ceiling light comes on at 4:00 in the morning); slow draining and backing up of the drain in MBR shower (we made use of the available plunger); very low water pressure--especially considering how many people were housed; upstairs hallway bathroom door needing shaving (difficult to close--noisy during the night); beds throughout needing support (sagging in the middle, master bed middle supports broken); Keurig coffee maker pot missing the filter basket, leaking, and therefore unusable (the K-pod side worked fine); lack of a fire extinguisher (if needed in the kitchen area); most of the smoke alarms in a drawer--but, with batteries; track lighting in the kitchen area that needs repairing or replacing (electrical concern); the garbage/recycling containers were not to be found so we used the dumpster. The pool was wonderful and clean and gave a great place for sitting and visiting with each other. We did not report these issues at the time because we “made do” and enjoyed being with family, however the issues need to be addressed before the next occupants.

The house was beautiful, just one spot where something had been spilled and not cleaned. The AC in the up-stairs master bed is still not working correctly, even after being told it was. We had to leave hall door open to get cool air. Otherwise, the house and pool were great and we had a really good stay. Manager quickly responded to all questions.

Pool and house accommodated our party of 10 well. The smoke alarm batteries were old so they chirped. Couldn’t reach the living room 15 Ft ceiling so it kept everyone up each night. The tile floors needed cleaning and the master light switch was too complicated and we never really figured it out. The AC vents were closed in the upstairs master, but figured it out after 2 nights.

The pool and the kitchen setup was awesome, we were close to all the major attractions. The offered 3 blow up mattress and the property was beautiful. I really had nothing to complain about but, there is only 6 bedroom so we put the kids on the mattress in their parents rooms which were very spacious. The only other complaint I have is the bedroom by the living room was hot as hell at night. The question of the day is would I retun and the answer is YES!

We were able to spread out amongst the numerous rooms, we were able to gather around the large dining room table for each meal, the pool was big enough to accommodate several people at once, the location was minutes away from key attractions like Sea World and Fiesta Texas. Nice property with lots of rooms and space. However, I booked specifically for a Luxury house 3 king beds(separate bathrooms). Pool and hot tub l. I would not consider this a Luxury house. (Beds are not very comfortable). 1 of the Kings does not have an easily accessible bathroom. There is no hot tub like advertised . Unfortunately when we were there the yard guys showed up for the first 2 hours and got the pool dirty, the owners sent someone to sweep pool after we called . I don't even know where to start with our horrible experience.
We had two families stay the week of Thanksgiving and started having problems the very first day. Cockroaches!!! This home has an infestation! We saw them every day running up walls and on the counters! Our families experienced so much stress worrying about taking these pests home in addition to the kids being scared to sleep in fear that things will be crawling on them.
We spent a lot of money for this home for a week rental and we were stuck with nowhere to go as everything was booked or did not have enough room for our large group. The owner/manager of this home was a nightmare to deal with. It took four days for them to have pest control arrive. Upon arrival, pest control said they weren’t surprised there were issues as the house was trashed with food and garbage the last several times they were there. The owner denied they had issues even though I have plenty of pictures showing the roaches we killed. We now know why there was a can of roach spray!!!! The compensation that was offered to us was offending as it didn’t even cover one night’s stay!! This is unacceptable customer service and no way to run a “luxury” rental business.
I highly recommend NOT staying here unless you want to risk having extra unwanted guests! I would never rent from this owner again. This was the worst family vacation! A lot of wasted time and money that we will never get back!

My group of 9 guys stayed at this property for our annual golf tournament. (Less than 5 minutes from La Cantera resort.) This place was phenomenal and even more spacious than you would think. Plenty of bedrooms, and the outdoor/pool area is the perfect spot for hanging out, grilling, etc.
Host was accommodating and checked in to make sure everything was going ok. Definitely recommend this home for any group looking for a place to stay in SA.
