You will love this 5 bedroom & 3 bath home located in foothills of the South Mountain Preserve. Trail heads to 50 miles of trails just minutes away. Hiking, mountain biking, & horse back riding are just a few of the amazing things to do. Two award winning golf courses - The Legacy Golf Course & Raven Golf Course are within minutes. 10 minutes to the Angels Spring Training Stadium.
The backyard is a true oasis with a stunning heated pool, hot tub, fire-pit and plenty of room to play. Incredible views from the backyard. Backs to a large neighborhood park with playground, sand volleyball, basketball courts and soccer field. Located in a wonderful gated community.
This 3700 sq ft home is very spacious throughout. Perfect home for a fabulous Arizona vacation. The kitchen is truly a chef's dream with white cabinetry, subway tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances - including a gas range. There is a full bedroom and full bath downstairs. The upstairs has an oversized loft with plenty of room to enjoy movie nights. The master bedroom is fabulous with a newly remodeled spa-like master bath. The deep soaking tub is perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. There are 3 additional bedrooms located upstairs that are very large. And a nicely appointed full bath.

Our stay was perfect! The home was clean. It had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect and convenient to shops, the family we were visiting, and the views are priceless. Check-in was very smooth. This is the one of many VRBO stays that we had zero issues with.

The home was beautiful and well located in South Phoenix. It was also immaculate and lovingly decorated and provided a heated pool and backyard equipped with a putting green, small basketball hoop and a variety of pool toys for kids of all ages. The 5 bedrooms all had night tables, cozy bedding and closets/with hangers galore, and the 2nd floor family room offered Legos and a discovery table for kids.f I’ll Finally, tables in the kitchen, dining room and patio provided tables for all family get together. We will hope to return!

We don't require good weather to enjoy a family vacation. Simply provide us a warm, comfortable home with plenty of room, and we'll find ways to enjoy the indoors (board games, puzzles, toys for the little ones, etc.) House was very good. No complaints. Host was excellent!

Perfect home for our 4 night stay. Property is well maintained and pool/hottub were awesome. We had 4 kiddos with us ranging from 2-7 in age and they had a blast in the upstairs rec room. Would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here, this house was so clean and so spacious. Perfect for families, there was toys for the kids even! Pool and hot tub are great, lots of outdoor room. The master bedroom was huge. We just loved our time here and had room for everyone. Park just around the corner and great hikes on south mountain. Highly recommend, one of the best properties we have rented.

The house is so open and clean! Beds were so comfortable and the rooms were roomy! Lives the back yard and patio for morning coffee and afternoon swims! The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and we loved the big couch for our whole family to watch a movie! I would definitely stay here again!

This is a great home for family use. My group included 6 adults and 3 children ages 3-9. The place is huge and full of space to relax. Everyone loved the heated pool and hot tub. Convenient to stores and the South Mountain park, as well as a playground immediately behind the home, there’s something for everyone. Thanks for the use of your home for a memorable family vacation.

We rented this house and our girls and their families joined us at different times. The grandkids loved the warm pool and hot tub!!
There was plenty for everyone to do. 2 large tv areas, putting green, basketball and indoor toys. Easy access to Phoenix sites and restaurants. We did some hiking on South Mountain and had a wonderful vacation!! A great house for families!
Jessica was easy to work with! Hope to return again!

Unfortunately Mother Nature did not cooperate during our month long stay, setting record lows most of the time. The beautiful backyard and pool got very little use, but we made the best of it.
The house and gated neighborhood is quiet, safe and well kept. South Mtn has great hiking trails and we enjoyed several great breakfasts at Morning Glory, but we left the area for everything else. Hence the reason for a 3 on location.

Had a wonderful time despite cooler weather. Great setup for multiple families and young kids. Large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Decorations and furniture very professionally done. Lots of great childrens’ toys. Pool was warm and well enjoyed. Neighbourhood was quiet and friendly. Nice large public playground and park out back yard. Lots of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Was very east to get to and from airport car rental building.
Home and yard were very clean.
Hosts were immediately responsive and went out of there way to be helpful with our few questions.

Everything was perfect Our group was smaller than anticipated due to some travel issues So we had a lot more space than needed The owners were lovely and took care of a few minor issues we had The back yard is a mini resort with a fabulous pool and jacuzzi a little putting green and a nice firepit for the cool evenings We visit Phoenix from Germany every yr and this will be our go to home from now on

We enjoyed this home. The kitchen was well stocked with good pans of all types and other cooking utensils. Don’t expect pantry items. It was easy to cook in. The house was very clean and up to date. Nice gated neighborhood. Loved our stay!

Clean, neat open concept that was true to the description. The kitchen/family room was a great family hang out area. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids. We didn’t want to leave.

This home delivers everything it promises. Perfectly set up for our toddler grandson and adult children. Great play yard, pool and the hot tub is wonderful! Very comfortable beds and furniture. Well appointed, but bring your own soap, shampoo and other toiletries. Location is right next to South Mountain and near downtown and the airport. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

This is a beautiful house that accommodated our family of 10! We had 4 kids under 10 and they loved the pool. Awesome outdoor area! Close to hiking, shopping and restaurants. We were in town for a wedding at The Farm at South Mountain which was about 8 min away. Would definitely recommend to others!

This home was not only clean and in the perfect location for what we needed, but the living space (both in and out) were perfect for the kids. The loft area upstairs provided a great hang out area for the kids. The fenced in pool gave the adults peace of mind while the kids played basketball or tumbled around on the grass. We’re already looking for future dates to stay here!

My quartet & our family members selected this property to stay in during our week in Phoenix for our international competition. This is a GORGEOUS, spacious home! So many fantastic amenities! And that master bedroom & bathroom - wow! My only regret is that we were so busy during the week that we couldn't spend more time enjoying the house for longer stretches. We were able to briefly enjoy the hot tub as well as the pool - both of which were perfection! The host even left us a lovely welcome gift, wishing us luck in our upcoming competition. Can't say enough amazing things about this property! Highly recommend!!

This property was breathtakingly stunning. As soon as we walked in, everyone’s jaws dropped. We were stunned by the beauty of it all. Each room we walked into was more and more impressive, the space and the decor. The space was incredible and more than enough room for a large family. It had the luxury of a resort, but the comfort of a home. For our family visiting from out of town, it was the perfect home away from home. There were so many activities that everyone could enjoy, and the pool was perfect. We were able to utilize every inch of the property as there were so many spots to hang out and relax from the oversized couches, to the fire pit, the hot tub, and the pool. The dining tables were accommodating for the whole family, inside and outside. It was amazing and we would definitely stay again. Our family continues to rave about how the property was their favorite part of the trip.

Property was very clean and well kept. It was exactly as described in the listing. We had 7 adults and 3 children under the age of 6. The house was well stocked with items for children which came in quite handy. High chair, crib and plenty of toys. Jessica was very quick to respond and was very accommodating. Gave this experience a 5 star rating.

Perfect Family House
This house is the best for having a family vacation, there is so much room and so many bedrooms. It was very clean, the host was responsive and the pool was very nice. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Perfect getaway!
This house was perfect in every way! We liked the location and loved that it’s in a gated community. The house is very clean and just like the pictures. The pool was our favorite part! We had small children and a baby in our group and the house was accommodating even for them. There is a small playground/park nearby which was fun for kids. Jessica was easy to work with and provided everything at the house that we could think of!

Relax and Regroup…
When we arrived everything was perfect! Very open spacious, decor was gorgeous, the hot tub and pool clean. Kitchen very functional, and our stay could not have been better. Jessica and her team are very responsive! This place is BIG and has many living spaces to relax, and a very large backyard. Pool, hot tub, fire pit, dining area, large grill it was all amazing. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

An Amazing Home
This house was very spacious and had everything we could have needed. It was clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The outdoor space was phenomenal, we spent most of our time outside. They also had so many things for little kids which was great for our families. We hope to stay here again!
