We thoroughly enjoyed our family experience on the 73rd floor in one of the penthouses for a week. The location is perfect for the beach, Cavill Ave etc. The children were lucky enough to experience the breakfast on the summit, slingshot, outlet shopping, Pacific Fair, Wet n Wild Australian Outback. We couldn't have asked for a better family holiday ❤️ .

Great Room - Amazing view!
Hotel was great, check in process seemed a little clunky, however moved quickly. The room was huge! You see photos and then in person, way bigger! We were a group on a bucks using the hotel as a meeting point before conducting our activities and it was in a great spot to do this! Would definitely stay again.

The kitchen is VERY poorly stocked, really basic, low quality kitchenware and not much of it.
Overall good place to stay but needs to up their game in the kitchen as a “luxury property”.
