Die ganze Ambiente-sehr schöne Anlage. Super ist auch der nahe Supermarkt.
Schade ist das nahe Meer nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet.

The house is lovely as is the pool. We slept well and were pleased that the supermarket was only 100m away not the 400m mentioned by the agents.
The agents could make the property more welcoming.. no onsite information about the house or surrounding area, buses etc. Not even salt and pepper provided, nor waste bags as required by govt. also no information in original description about having to go outside to access the bedrooms or having to pay for a/c

Location. Rustic authentic buildings. Our apartment was more like a house beautiful. Quiet shared pool. Fantastic shop so eating in was easy. Bus stop outside apartment. So easy to travel all over gozo without a car.
Owner really helpful. Housekeeper too
Not much. Some might not like going outside to the bedrooms but we loved it.
Maybe a washing machine would make it perfect.

Everything was good and clean, pool is fantastic
We had to wait a little outside as the farmhouse was not ready at check in time, although I can understand that this time of the year is super busy

Perfect little place to unwind and relax. Great location with a supermarket 5 min away. Great view and peaceful especially by the pool at night. Love the little patio infront of each house. Owners are friendly and of great service

Historic, well-converted farmhouse complex with views. Simply yet tastefully decorated

Ambiance, location, tranquility, kitchen, cleanliness,
The mattress was a bit too hard. Toiletries provided were the barest minimum.

Easy to collect keys, pretty location, trees and pool was nice. We also deliberately chose quiet location so there isnt much to do around but main city Victoria is only few bus stops away (we even walked few times)
During the rain it leaked at many places in property.
In humid location as this island would have been good to have a dryer, we travelled back home with all wet bathing suits and shirts after rain.
Walls were crumbling with every neighbours' steps. It was always sand like debris on stairs and floors. Property manager offered to clean it, however we hoped for a quiet private stay and didn't want anyone walking in often.
No washing machine either, which for a self catering house we kinda expected...
Extremely loud, echoing voices from other guests rooms on the other side of the wall.
Poor WiFi. Didn't reach our bedroom. Was okay in a living room.
Electricity went off twice.
Poor drainage system in shower, had to call plumber during our stay.

character of the interior
bathrooms are on first floor with no direct access from the living area on ground floor, bear minimum amenities in kitchen and none in bathroom, fridge and furniture very old and utensils very basic , nothing to do outside of the property as there is nothing happening (i.e. you need to go to Victoria)

The fridge was broken

beautiful location, simple but totally perfect facilities.

- Nice bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Convenience shop a 2 min walk from the property
- Air con is coin operated, c€4 per night
- Bedroom and bathroom ceiling height are very low, be prepared to bang your head once or twice.
- Ants, flys and mice are a menace. Be diligent from the moment you arrive, don't leave doors open or leave food on kitchen counter. Ants appeared in large numbers regardless of how clean the property is. One mouse lives behind the kitchen units, there must be a hole back there it uses for access.
- Pool is constantly surrounded by Bees.
- Pool is small for the number of properties sharing it. (5 properties for a pool that is smaller than your average private swimming pool.)
- Double bed with a hard spring mattress.
- Stone dust from the walls comes off on its own and covers anything against the wall. Learnt this after the first night when we found belongings/furniture looking like someone had sprinkled yellow casting sugar on our things.

I suggest that a handrail is installed on the right side outside going down the ramp as the ramp is rather steep and dangerous especially for elderly residents.

The location was stunning - overlooking the rural Gozan countryside. If you are after somewhere remote & quiet, then this is the place for you. The tiny village has a shop a very short walk away which is great & you can even order food on the Maltese equivalent of Deliveroo! The pool was stunning & most afternoons had the pool to ourselves. Very clean & the pool cleaner came regularly in the mornings to make sure everything was spic & span.
The villa itself was gorgeous & beautifully rustic. We particularly enjoyed the courtyard where we could eat meals and just relax & enjoy each other's company. The air con was also great value for money & I think for the whole week, we only spent 10 Euro. The bathrooms were immaculate & if you have older children, the bunk beds are great too! There was only my partner & I, so only used the one room.
The kitchen facilities could have been a little more modern, e.g. the oven did not work, so couldn't pop a pizza in the oven but the hob worked fine. We had spoken to the owner however, and they said that this is on the refurbishment agenda.

The pool was lovely and the villa's are nice and well kept too.
Cleanliness excellent.
Villa was a bit small, but was good for 2 nights.
The most thing I didn't like in this stay is the fact that as for my villa.. to go from the kitchen/living area to the bedroom you need to literally walk on the stairs outside (external stairs).

Loved the peaceful outside area

The location is very quiet and beautiful. There is a small food shop nearby - very handy as it's also open on Sunday! The pool is clean and very beautiful even if we couldn't use it as it was still too cool outside.
The bed is quite soft and the pillows are lumpy. There are no extra blankets if you feel cold.
The house is cold and humid - You have to pay for heating which I find very strange as wherever I have stayed in the world heating is not extra, it is included in the cost.
It wasn't possible to use the hairdryer as the plug is not adapted to the local plug format.
It would be great to have some basics in the kitchen such as oil, pepper (there was salt available).

It is found in a quiet and peaceful area

The south facing pool area and the mature gardens are just lovely giving onto wide open spaces and a view of the cupola. The stove is a nice touch to the property making it ideal for winter as well as for summer,
The neighbours were extremely loud and noisy. There really should be a couple of signs, or messages sent beforehand, advising guests to keep the noise down in the common areas. We were rudely woken up early on both mornings and couldn't even take an afternoon nap because of the guests next door.
Also, a bar of soap in the bathroom upon arrival and a couple of decent knives in the kitchen are expected.

Location was excellent.
No complaints. One suggestion is to add a chest of drawers to the twin bed room.
5.0 / 5.0
The location is simply beautiful and quite. The property is well kept and cosy, felt home away from home.
To access the bedroom from the cosy living room you need to go out which might not be ideal in winter, but otherwise cant find anything wrong with the property. Will definitely be back!
