The place is just as pictured. Lots of space. Very clean. Comfortable beds! The pool is a wonderful escape from the heat. The garage is definitely a plus. Highly recommended for larger groups! We would stay here again.

I had a party of 16 with 8 kids age ranging from 4 to 15 and 8 adults. Everyone had lots of fun in pool /club area after a long hike at zion and drive. A very accurate instruction and house has been kept very clea. Except for the backyard barbecue. Also one conplaint is ther that it would be good to have a stock on 2-3 garbage bags. Rsst of amenities was good. Beds very comfortable etc.

we did enjoyed our stay. the property looked very nice and the neighborhood was safe. they did not provide enough paper towels, and near the washer and dryer room, we found some bugs that looked like cockroach. It seems the property was not clean enough. pots and pans were worn out.

We were in hurricane for an off-road event at the Sandhollow State Park. we stated this house it was incredible large bedrooms with comfortable beds each one has its own bathroom close to everything we will definitely be staying here again

This home was wonderful! It was so comfortable. The setup for families and friends is perfect. Our group had three couples. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom… so much privacy. The kitchen is stocked well. We enjoyed gathering downstairs for conversation and meals. The upstairs TV area was great for movie night with the comfortable reclining couches. It’s just around the corner from the pool and hot tub. Great location to make a trip to Zion or Bryce Canyon. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family. Thank you Karen for being a great host.

We had a wonderful vacation in this Vrbo home. It housed or four children and their spouses with comfortable beds, privacy in private bathrooms, and a luxurious setting. Everything was perfectly planned from the check in schedule to departure. Plenty of parking, amenities, even a few pool toys for the kiddos. Excellent location for visiting Zion National Park, Red Cliff conservetory, Snow Canyon, and Tuachan Theater. The set up of the home was great for a large group - especially the kitchen/dining room! The pool/lazy river at the (very close) clubhouse was fantastic - better than having (only) a pool with the house.

Everything was fantastic, the only problem I had is that I used the grill and the gas ran out and we had to go shopping on New Year's Day and that happened at night 11:00 pm, I just wanted to comment on this problem so that they had an extra gas tank and other people don't have that problem but regarding the house everything was perfect. Thank you for accepting our family and we are thinking of getting back in the same house at Christmas or New Year's . Thank you

We were very pleased with this property. We came to Sand Hollow for the week to ride our Side by Sides. We had 12 people total staying in this house, and we were very comfortable. The house was in great condition and had most of what we needed for our stay. If we come back we will definitely keep this house on our list to stay at again. The only downside was the parking. We had 3 large trailers with trucks and 6 SxS's; however, it probably would be a problem no matter where we would have stayed.

The house was so comfortable and well appointed, we couldn’t be happier. It was a perfect location for access to St George and Zion. The clubhouse is a wonderful amenity too. Karen bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful. We wished we could stay longer but hope to come back!

The home was comfortable and had plenty of room for all. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved that each bathroom had it's own blow dryer and every bedroom had it's own Roku TV. Also enjoyed the 2 family rooms so we had room to spread out and the kids could play games or watch cartoons upstairs while the adults visited on the main level. Karen was so easy to work with and quickly answered any question I had. Our family liked it so much we will definitely rent this unit again.

Best of both Resort living/Zion accessible

Head out to all the nature that Southern Utah has to offer or stay in for resort style living. Our large family throughly enjoyed our stay and found the space very comfortable for a large group. We specifically booked this home to have easy access to Zion for those who wanted to adventure out but also have the pool and clubhouse for those who wished to stay home. It paid off! Our little kids did not tire of the lazy river/splash pad/waterfall at the pool. Our big kids made very special memories of Zion, Bryce Canyon, and a couple other local hikes. We experienced two struggles on our stay. 1.The ultra plush beds. 3 out of 4 king beds were extremely soft. A few of the adults in our group had trouble with that. 2. There was issues connecting the tv in the main living room to the WiFi and it was spotty for a couple days of our stay- luckily tv was not a focus for our group and our student and professor who needed WiFi access were able to complete their obligations. We found the home clean, welcoming and so convenient! We loved the laminated guides for kitchen utensils! The close proximity to the clubhouse was a HUGE bonus! We hope to return. Staying here was perfect! The home has very comfortable beds, furniture, and tons of space for a large group. The pool area is right next door and was very nice! The lazy river was enjoyed by all as well as the jacuzzi. We made dinner there one night also. The location is perfect if you’re visiting Zion and the St. George area. Definitely would stay here again no question. Karen was great at communicating leading up to our trip as well. 5 stars!

The house was perfect for us and the amenities at the clubhouse came in handy for those quiet evenings to relax. The gas range in the kitchen was nice too, if you like to cook, which I do. The only thing keeping this from getting a full five stars was the fact that we came into the house and the cleaner hadn't been through since the last guests. It was an unfortunate and concerning thing to walk into. However, to the owners credit, her communication was rapid and she had a cleaner out there in under an hour. Given this is probably a fluke occurrence, my main take-away was the owner's quick and effective handling of the situation. All in all, it was a fantastic place to have our trip and I wouldn't change anything.

Great HQ for our brothers retreat. Plenty of room for our party if 44 and could easily have a group 2-3 times our size. Close to Sand Hollow (guided UTV tour was a big hit), hiking, mountain biking, and national parks. Enjoyed the community pool and hot tub. Clean and beautiful property
